Mominul and Shahadat chipped in and the late runs from Mehidy and Co earned them 60 runs for the last four wickets. Ajaz finishes with a four-for but he erred on line and length to go at just over four an over in a close-to-37 over stint. Sodhi blew hot and cold and finished with a two-for. Jamieson and Southee were economical, the former unlucky to finish without a wicket. The visiotrs might rue a few missed chances in the field.

Patel to Shoriful Islam, OUT, Shoriful charges, slashes and misses. Blundell whips off the bails. Third umpire checks the stumping. The ball was on a fullish length, well outside off. Shoriful made a bit of room too and tried to go over extra, he had a full bat swing and tried to jam the bat back in. Blundell had to push the ball off his right hand after trying to take it with both hands. Shoriful got the bat on the crease but couldn't get it behind before the bails were dislodged. Mehidy left stranded but the hosts do a good job with bat.
