5:26pm That ended rather quickly, didn't it? South Africa were 202-4 at one stage. Petersen's dismissal, though, triggered a collapse with them losing six wickets for 33 runs. While all that was happening, Bedingham did get to a deserved century and a case can be made that he has put South Africa slightly ahead in this game, given no team has ever scored these many in the fourth innings at Seddon Park to win a Test.
On the flip side, NZ, after the flurry of wickets at the end, will feel they can have a real crack at this. O'Rourke, like it was in the first innings, was the star of the show. Phillips chipped in with a couple of scalps, with Southee the only wicketless bowler.
With 267 needed, the game is set up beautifully. New Zealand will feel they can create a bit of history. South Africa, on the other hand, will feel they have enough to level this series. Join us in a bit for the fourth and final innings!
