6.10pm What a day, one that has belonged to New Zealand in its entirety. Matt Henry set the tone early on the third day striking twice in one over when he took out David Bedingham and Ruan de Swardt. Mitchell Santner then got the ball to turn hoops and that prompted Tim Southee to employ Rachin Ravindra from the other end. Keegan Peterson hung around for a scratchy 45 as Santner and Ravindra shared five wickets between them to bundle out South Africa for 162 after the lunch break. New Zealand took a big 349-run lead but surprisingly did not take enforce the follow-on. Dane Paterson then removed Latham lbw for 3 as New Zealand moved into tea with an overall lead of 376 runs. After the break, it was all about Williamson. He was much more fluent than the first innings, and quickly piled on the runs as New Zealand's lead swelled. He was dropped on 61 and soon reached triple figures for the second time in the Test becoming just the fifth New Zealand batter to score a century in each innings of a Test. He also notched up his 31st century, third-quickest in Test cricket behind Tendulkar and Smith. New Zealand end the day on 179 for 4, ahead by 528 runs. That's all from us today. Vishal's report will be in soon, and you can catch up on any action you might have missed. Ciao!
