0.2 That's a Test dismissal. King not sure whether that length ball in the channel would come back or go away with the angle. He tried playing the line by defending towards cover, ended up poking. But the 139ks ball kept angling away, took the outer shoulder of the bat and popped to first slip. Easy pace, great height. Jansen's fist-pumping 0/1
2.3 Chopped on. Breetzke dances down to meddle with Jansen's length, but the bowler went shortish, 135ks. Breetzke wanted to drag a pull through midwicket, played well in front of the body. An underedge went to the stumps on the bounce. Great start gets better for SEC 3/2
17.1 Skies a flick into the wind... and Dawson takes a good catch coming in from deep midwicket. Knuckle ball on a fullish length at leg stump, KW was getting on one knee as he tried to launch it across the line. Too early into the shot and he ended up scraping it. Fielder ran in, got low and forward to take it a foot or so above the ground. DSG's anchor is gone 82/8
5.1 Bounce does it. QDK tries to drag a wide ball with the pull and is caught behind. 133ks back of lengther, heavy ball slanted away with a bent back. The ball bounces extra and keeps going away, QDK's swivel-pull was feeble, in fact he started by going square-on, probably to whack it into the boundary. But he was forced to check his shot 16/3
5.4 One-hander at mid-off. QDK hides his face momentarily and looks up in disbelief. Two for Gleeson, this one was off a fullish length ball just outside off that stuck in the pitch a bit. Smuts wanted to punch it towards mid-off but was too early due to the ball's misbehaviour. It might've seamed in too. Stubbs moved to the right, got low, gauged the height well and started a low cartwheel to pluck the ball as it went behind him 18/4
10.2 Dances down, skies it... Long-off juggles it before holding the ball as it plopped from his chest onto his knee. Was an 82ks length ball floated outside off. The batter made room and slashed at it, sliced it in the end. Bat-face went up upon impact 37/5
12.5 Klaasen takes a chance, gets caught at long-on! Tall Marco is at the boundary, he took the catch, took a couple of steps back in momentum, planted his back foot inches in front of the ground while securing the ball around his chest. Was a stock ball on a length, may have drifted in a bit, around off. Didn't look to have spun. Klaasen went for the slog sweep despite hitting it on the rise. Impact of bat on ball just below the sweet spot, floated high before finding fielder 51/6
14.2 Bunted straight back at the bowler. Taken around the chest, came right at him at an easy enough pace, despite him being on the move. Was a wobble ball that landed on a length just outside off and decked in. Maharaj didn't check the full-faced punch. Prolly wanted to go through mid-off, got it off the inside-half of the bat. Maharaj is distraight 61/7

7.1 The magic has begun. Lbw given, batters review after a chat. Was a stock ball, 81ks, on the fuller side of length. Landed around leg stump, but it was in line. That was the only thing that could have been the issue as the ball spun away, beat the flick and hit the back knee-roll. Hawk-Eye says it'd go on to smash off stump 57/2
0.6 Edged and taken. Bad ball but effective. 126ks, on a wide line, touch back of length. A couple of balls coming in at the stumps, this one landed wide and may have straightened a touch. Crawley reached out with hands only, trying to slash it square. Tickled it 5/1
8.2 Spin, lack of bounce, and bad footwork sees leg stump get clattered. 90ks ball on a length spun back in as Abell tried to flick it off the back foot. Fully closed bat face, firm hands and planted feet meant he couldn't adjust to the change in direction of the ball. Went through uninterrupted 61/3
13.6 Full ball is looped and is lofted straight to long-on. He danced down the track and drove hard, 93/4
