5.45pm Dinner Australia bank a lead of 82 runs but will have to bat under lights again. A clinical performance from Australia's quicks to take nine wickets in the daylight on a surface that yielded a lot less sideways movement than it did yesterday. Australia's five seamers were ruthless. Very few bad balls. Campbell played well for 36 but every other batter struggled. Australia could even afford Alex Carey dropping two catches, one of which allowed Greaves to make 18. Boland finishes with three to quell any queries about his selection over Lyon for now. This is the 40-mintue dinner break. Suds will be back for the fun with the new ball under lights.

Nick: "If Boland finishes his test career in the next 12 months or so. Would there be a more revered bowler with less than 100 test wickets ever? Assuming he doesn't get there. "

Tidstar: "By my reckoning, Brandon King's 75 in the second test is the highest score of the series so far. Wonder how many three-Test-or-more series there have ever been with a lower top score?" Not many in modern times although there would have been a few in the uncovered pitch days.

Shane: "So WI lose their last 7 for 61, much of a muchness to the Aussies, the lead they have is the difference between the top 4."

Rob: "Ah, the reward for bowling a team out cheaply in a Day-Night test"

Boland to S Joseph, OUT, clean bowled! Boland wraps it up. Shamar charges and tries to hit a length ball out of the ground, it hits the seam and skids on through the gate to crash into middle and leg

Shlok: "Why doesn't Shamar bat above Alzarri? Shamar has consistently proven to be a better batter and it's better to give him time to slog a few."

Chris : "it's worth noting that WI bottom 7 wickets have already out batted Aussies' 7/68" And yet many were critical of Australia's top three yesterday in much tougher batting conditions

Jagger: "Looks like deja-vu WTC v SA at Lords, Australia will be batting in the worst conditions once again. Note: As a gloveman, Carey wouldn't be in the top 10 of Australian Wicketkeepers." Some of those top 10 would disagree with you Jagger. A lot of Australia's ex keeper's have been full of praise for Carey's keeping over the last two years, particularly in India and Sri Lanka. But he's had a tough four Tests

Cummins to Warrican, OUT, Carey holds one! He was nervous after pouching it! Back of a length, wide of off, he flashes off the back foot and gets a thin edge and Carey takes it waist high but it wobbles a touch late. Hence Carey was quite concerned after it finally settled in his gloves

Manoram: "So it looks like Australia will have to bat under the lights yet again tonight! If Shamar puts in a cameo with the bat and restrict Aus lead to less than 50, he could wreak havoc with the ball tonight."
