With the sun shining down and largely clear skies, the wicket was also much better for batting today, so Sri Lanka will be eyeing up some healthy inroads into the South African total. But there was still movement on hand, and a stiff breeze to boot, so still a lot there for the seamers to exploit after lunch. Suds will be back to take you through that session in about 30 minutes or so.
12.03pm So SA are bowled out for 191 at the end of an extended session, and Sri Lanka will go into the lunch break well pleased with their morning's efforts. They came in needing the six remaining SA wickets, and they managed to do so at the cost of just 111 runs. Temba Bavuma continued his lone vigil from the opening to score his 22nd Test fifty, while some lofty blows from Keshav Maharaj and Marco Jansen as well as some fortunate ones from Rabada helped move the scoreboard along. The wickets were shared primarily between the three seamers - Asitha, Vishwa and Kumara - but Prabath Jayasuriya also proved potent, with his spin accounting for two scalps.
