12pm: England rumbled for 165, and the high priests of Bazball will have to go back to the drawing board (for now, at least). Dean Elgar will be delighted, having won the toss and watched his attack do their thang; Kagiso Rabada was in fine rhythm after injury and led the way with a five-wicket bag, but he was ably supported by Anrich Nortje and Marco Jansen (the wicketless Lung Ngidi wasn't too shabby either).
