4.48pm: By taking that wicket when they did, England ensured they will have to bat this evening - but only for one over. This game has lurched once again, Sri Lanka adding 171 for their last four wickets to out-England England and their anaconda tail. They fought for every extra inch going, guided by Roshen Silva, who played a golden hand - not quite a ton, but worth much more on this tricky deck, which may be slowing down but still offers plenty of turn for the spinners. Sri Lanka have a lead of 46 (which would have been 51 but for the whole penalty runs farrago) and that's an uncomfortable little hill for England to have to negotiate. They'll be striking out in a few minutes, looking to get to base camp (or the close) unscathed

Joshwin: "You haven't answered Drogon's question, he/she meant for any team, you only provided Sri Lanka's partnerships" Whoops! Here you go

"Is the pitch easing up or not very good bowling by England?" Don't forget extra batting fortitude by Sri Lanka, Devang. A bit of all three, today
England have raised a team gallon, and Jack Leach is back on as they hunt that pesky final wicket. Slip and short leg

"Wasn't England's score 285? Please clarify." Happy to, Jas Goria
"I wonder if Silva can get to his hundred. What is the highest 10th wicket partnership in Sri Lanka by any team???" That would be 79, Drogon
