Cameron won her first world title in October 2020 with a unanimous decision over Adriana dos Santos Araujo and unified all four major belts. She lost the belts in a rematch against Katie Taylor in November 2023. Cameron has notable victories over Katie Taylor (first fight), Jessica McCaskill and Victoria Bustos. Cameron is the current WBC interim junior welterweight titlist.
