South Carolina signee Raven Johnson, the No. 2-ranked prospect in the Class of 2021, has won the 2021 Jersey Mike's Naismith High School Trophy.
Johnson, who was named a McDonald's All American in February, averages 15.3 points, 5.0 rebounds, 5.7 assists and 3.8 steals for Westlake High School (Georgia).
"Raven is an absolute star, and we are thrilled that the Naismith voters see in her what we've seen since the first day we recruited her," South Carolina head coach Dawn Staley said in a press release. "She's talented, driven and makes everyone around her better both on and off the court. We can't wait to get her on campus and introducer our FAMS to South Carolina's next great."
Johnson headlines South Carolina's top-ranked recruiting class that also features No. 3 prospect Saniya Rivers, No. 4 prospect Sania Feagin and No. 14 prospect Aubryanna Hall.
The only other former Gamecock to win the Naismith High School Trophy was A'ja Wilson, who won the award in 2014.
