News: 2 days agoSamuelson (foot) will undergo left foot surgery and will miss the remainder of the 2025 season, the team announced Friday.

Spin: Samuelson sustained a left foot injury playing against Connecticut on June 29, and she won't take any risks in their path to recovery after being diagnosed with a Lisfranc injury. This means Samuelson will end the 2025 campaign with averages of 3.3 points, 1.3 rebounds and 1.1 assists across 14.3 minutes per game across 16 regular-season contests (four starts). Expect Diamond Miller and Natisha Hiedeman to see more minutes off the bench with Samuelson out for the rest of the year.
