Manchester City will travel away to Monaco to play their second group stage UEFA Champions League match on Wednesday.
Pep Guardiola's side started their Champions League campaign with a 2-0 victory over Napoli which saw City legend Kevin De Bruyne returning to the Etihad Stadium for the first time since he left the club at the end of the last season. City come into the game in form, having beaten Burnley 5-1 in the Premier League last Saturday with Erling Haaland scoring twice. Haaland, especially, has been in terrific form having scored eight league goals already in six matches.
Guardiola, meanwhile, has also welcomed two key players in Rodri and Rayan Cherki back to training. Meanwhile, Monaco will hope to get back to their winning ways in the Champions League after opening their campaign with a 4-1 loss to Club Brugge.
