South Korean giants Ulsan Hyundai and Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors will bring their domestic rivalry onto the continental stage, after being pitted against each other in Friday's draw for the AFC Champions League quarter-finals.
Defending champions Ulsan are currently leading the way in K League 1 with a four-point margin over Jeonbuk, who have won the last four domestic league titles.
Both teams required penalties to progress from the Round of 16 against Kawasaki Frontale and BG Pathum United respectively.
A third South Korean team in Pohang Steelers will take on Nagoya Grampus of Japan, with the two clubs having already done battle twice this season in the group stage.
Over in the West Zone, 2019 winners Al Hilal of Saudi Arabia will take on Iranian heavyweights Persepolis in a rematch of the 2017 semi-finals, which saw the former advance into the decider before losing to Urawa Red Diamonds.
The final last-eight tie sees another Saudi Arabian outfit in the form of Al Nassr face off against Al Wahda of United Arab Emirates.
