Former Australia international Harry Kewell has left Crawley Town to become manager of Notts County.
The ex-Liverpool winger replaces Kevin Nolan at Meadow Lane after he was sacked last week.
Notts County lie at the foot of the Football League after picking up one point from their opening five games.
They reached the League Two playoffs last season, but were knocked out by eventual winners Coventry City.
Kewell joins from Crawley Town, his first job in senior management, having guided them to a 14th-placed finish in League Two last season.
The two clubs agreed a compensation package and Kewell was unveiled as County manager on Friday.
