Steven Gerrard has returned to Liverpool to sign Ovie Ejaria on a season-long loan and add Gary McAllister and Michael Beale to his backroom staff at Rangers.
Ejaria, 20, spent the second half of last season on loan at Sunderland in the Championship and will continue to gain more first-team experience this term in the Scottish Premiership.
The midfielder, who has made eight appearances for Liverpool's senior side, has also extended his contract at the Merseyside club.
He is the first Liverpool player Gerrard has signed for Rangers since taking over at Ibrox last month.

Meanwhile, a number of coaches have also made the switch to Rangers from Liverpool.
McAllister, who was working at Liverpool in an ambassador role, will be Gerrard's assistant manager, while former under-23s boss Michael Beale has become first-team coach.
Tom Culshaw and Jordan Milsom take up positions as technical director and head of performance respectively.
