A third-tier club will play in the Coupe de France final after Chambly and Les Herbiers were drawn together for the semifinals.
Paris Saint-Germain will face Caen, who saw off Lyon on Thursday night thanks to Ismael Diomande's 77th-minute goal.
Either Chambly or Les Herbiers will be the first team from the third division or lower to play in the final since Quevilly lost to Lyon in 2012.
Les Herbiers beat Ligue 2 side Lens on penalties on Tuesday in the first quarterfinal, before Chambly edged Ligue 1 Strasbourg 1-0 on Wednesday.
