Kenya international Johanna Omolo has completed a move to Cercle Brugge, the Belgian side confirmed on their official Facebook page.
The 27-year-old joins the Green and Black on a two-year deal after ending his three-year stay with top tier Royal Antwerp.
"We are very pleased to announce the transfer of Omolo because we were desperate to get him," said sporting director Francois Vitali on the club's official website.
"He is a player who will contribute a lot with his qualities and his experience in this competition," Vitali continued. "We are very pleased that he is now part of the Cercle family.
"Welcome, Johanna!"
Omolo already has experience of securing promotion to the Jupiler League, having helped Royal Antwerp into the top tier last season.
The midfielder originally moved to Belgium in 2007 when he joined Vise, before enjoying a two-year spell with Luxembourgish side Fola Esch.
The tenacious six footer, who made his Kenya debut in 2011, returned to Belgium with Antwerp-based Beerschot AC, but moved to Lommel United after De Ratten were dissolved in 2013.
"I am pleased with the move to Cercle," Omolo told local paper The Nation. "This is an ambitious team that offers me a chance to grow.
"I look forward to a new venture with them in the season."
