Sevilla have completed the signing of Colombia striker Luis Muriel.
The 26-year-old has passed his medical with the Andalusian club and put pen to paper on a five-year contract, Sevilla announced on their website.
Sevilla have paid a reported €20 million for the former Udinese hitman, who scored 13 goals for Sampdoria last season and has previously played in Spain while on loan at Granada in 2010.
Muriel, who will be presented by Sevilla later on Tuesday, is the club's third signing of the summer after bringing in Argentinian midfielders Ever Banega and Guido Pizarro.
Sevilla also announced on Monday evening that sought-after winger Vitolo had agreed a new five-year contract to remain at the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan.
The 27-year-old Spain international had been heavily linked with a €40m move to Atletico Madrid.
