Arsenal are tracking Stuttgart's teenage midfielder Berkay Ozcan, the player's agent has told the football.london website.
Ozcan, 19, is a Turkey youth international who impressed for Stuttgart earlier this season, helping the club to the top of the German second division, although he has played only 55 minutes since the winter break.
He has scored three goals in 18 appearances, and agent Baris Yukselsen said: "Many top clubs are interested in Berkay.
"Arsenal has Berkay on its list, but at the moment he is focusing on Stuttgart's resurgence."
Ozcan was born in Germany to Turkish parents and came up through the Stuttgart youth ranks before making his first-team debut in August. He has a contract with the club until 2019.
Yukselsen told Fussballtransfers.com that Arsenal had made tentative contact in the past but played down the chances of a move.
"All I've said is that it's nice to hear Berkay's being scouted by Arsenal," he said. "There was loose contact a while ago, also with other clubs, but I don't know anything about a concrete interest.
"The focus is on winning promotion to the Bundesliga. Berkay's happy at Stuttgart."
