Hector Herrera to Tottenham
With Herrera out of contract next summer, Spurs have reportedly tried to push themselves to the front of the queue to sign the Mexico midfielder by making contact with Porto over a January transfer. A Bola report Tottenham have offered €8m for the 28-year-old who has no plans to sign a new deal with Porto. However, if the club reach the Champions League knockout phase they're likely to reject any deals, leaving the Premier League side to fight it out with the likes of Real Madrid and Inter in the summer.
Aaron Ramsey to Real Madrid
Gareth Bale has reportedly been sounded out over the suitability of Ramsey signing for Real Madrid as the Welshman prepares to leave Arsenal on a free transfer. Talks between the Gunners and Ramsey have broken down with Madrid among a host of clubs considering signing the 27-year-old either in January or next summer on a free transfer. According to Teamtalk, the Madrid hierarchy are mindful that midfield lynchpins Luka Modric and Toni Kroos could leave the club in 2019 and hope Bale's status as Ramsey's friend can help ease negotiations.
Piotr Zielinski to Arsenal
As a result of Ramsey's expected departure, Arsenal are considering replacements, with Unai Emery identifying Napoli midfielder Zielinski. Sport Mediaset report that the Poland international, who is under contract until 2021, is the man Emery wants to bring additional creativity to the midfield. The 24-year-old was a target of Liverpool in 2015 when at Udinese but instead moved to the Stadio San Paolo a year later.
Dennis Praet to Leicester City
The Foxes are reportedly battling with Premier League rivals Southampton to sign Sampdoria midfielder Praet, who was also a target for Newcastle over the summer. Praet has a €26m release clause in his current contract but Samp are hoping to agree fresh terms with the Belgium international that will increase the fee or see him remain in Genoa. Calciomercato claim Leicester and Saints are considering January bids for the 24-year-old.
Krzysztof Piatek to Manchester City
As the leading goal scorer across Europe's top five leagues it's understandable Genoa striker Piatek is attracting attention across the continent. Teamtalk report that Manchester City, Tottenham and Liverpool have all scouted the 23-year-old in recent weeks and received "glowing reports." Genoa bought Piatek for just £4m from KS Cracovia in the summer, but following his record eight goals in six Serie A games they value him in excess of £30m.
