McAllister hits five at Falkirk
Rory McAllister was a five-goal hero for Peterhead, spearheading a sensational 5-3 comeback win at Falkirk in the Petrofac Training Cup.Falkirk missed an early penalty, but within three minutes David Smith opened the scoring a volley from 25 yards.The Bairns then doubled their lead, Paul Watson heading in.McAllister cancelled out the lead in a five-minute spell with a stunning double strike for Peterhead.He took Scott Ross's pass before lobbing the goalkeeper, and then ran in to tap home Jordon Brown's cross for 2-2.He latched on to his third on the stroke of half-time from James Redman's long pass.Alex Cooper levelled for Falkirk, but McAllister crashed a stunning shot home from 40 yards and scored a penalty to complete his staggering night's work.
