England's preparations for the Six Nations have been hit by COVID-19 with Eddie Jones self-isolating after one of his coaches tested positive for the coronavirus.
Matt Proudfoot, England's forwards coach, is asymptomatic but has returned a positive test.
In line with government guidelines, as Jones and attack coach Simon Amor were in close contact with Proudfoot, they must self-isolate for 10 days.
The news means England will be without their head coach for the first day of their pre-Six Nations training camp next week.
The squad is announced on Friday January 22, while the team meets Jan. 27 at St George's Park. Jones, Amor and Proudfoot will then join the group on Jan. 28.
With England skills coach Jason Ryles still in Australia, Jones has added Jersey assistant coach Ed Robinson to his backroom staff for the Six Nations.
"We're looking forward to welcoming Ed to our coaching staff for the tournament and we'd like to thank Jersey Reds for their cooperation and support in making it happen," Jones said in a statement.
"He's a talented young coach and will work to help the players improve. "We understand and support Jason's decision and are expecting that he will be back with us this summer."
England start their Six Nations campaign at Twickenham against Scotland on February.
