The NRL season rolls on through the start of the Origin period, with three teams taking a bye this week and several games subject to players backing up from Game I. It doesn't get any easier.
This week we had seven teams take a bye weekend off, so there are a lot of teams that remained static. Still there was some movement at the top of the board, as the Bulldogs stepped on a Dolphins flavoured snake.
New South Wales head to Brisbane for the State of Origin opener with the shield in their possession and determined not to give it up.
We choose the three players from each state who will set alarm bells ringing every time they handle the ball.
Tipping winners each weekend is going to be near impossible, so each week we'll give you extra help with three standout games.
Tipping eight winners each weekend is going to be near impossible, so each week we'll give you extra help with three standout games.
