          Week 4 of the 2019 NFL season got started with the best episode of "Thursday Night Football" thus far this season, with the Philadelphia Eagles outlasting the Green Bay Packers, 34-27.

          The Sunday slate boasts two pairs of unbeaten teams squaring off, and a critical NFC North showdown.           Injuries:

          Taylor Rapp, S, Rams. Rapp suffered an ankle injury in the third quarter and did not return. Rapp left the locker room in a walking boot on crutches and with a boot on his left ankle. Defensive coordinator Wade Phillips adjusted his defense this season to find a role for Rapp, who can play in coverage, behind the linebackers and near the line. It remains uncertain who would fill his unique role. -- Lindsey Thiry

          Injury update: Breshad Perriman has a hamstring injury and has officially been ruled out. He's the Bucs' speed threat downfield, although the chemistry hasn't been there quite yet with Jameis Winston.

          Injuries:

          Alex Mack, C, Falcons. Mack suffered a left elbow injury and returned to the game, but his status is still one to monitor. If he misses any time with the injury, the Falcons will have to shuffle an already depleted offensive line and move Wes Schweitzer to center and maybe Ty Sambrailo to right guard. Jamon Brown, who started at right guard versus the Titans, left the game with a concussion. Schweitzer stepped in for Brown until he had to move over to center briefly for Mack. And the Falcons already are without right guard Chris Lindstrom, the first-round draft pick from Boston College. Plus right tackle Kaleb McGary, the other first-round pick, is playing through a knee sprain. Confused yet? Just imagine how the Falcons feel trying to mix and match bodies. -- Vaughn McClure

          Falcons keeping getting banged up on offensive line with right guard Jamon Brown being evaluated for head injury. Brown moved to right guard to replace rookie first rounder Chris Lindstrom, who broke his right foot and is on IR. Now Wes Schweitzer is in for Brown.

          Injuries:

          Jakeem Grant, WR, Dolphins. Grant suffered a hamstring injury in the second half Sunday, and it did not appear he returned in the team's 30-10 loss to the Chargers. Soft tissue injuries are notoriously tricky, often leading to multi-week absences, but the Dolphins are now on their bye week and it should give him time to heal. If he's not ready for the Week 6 contest vs. Washington, Grant would likely be replaced as Miami's No.4 receiver by Isaiah Ford and as Miami's returner by Kenyan Drake or Kalen Ballage. -- Cameron Wolfe

          Redskins inactives: CB Aaron Colvin, QB Colt McCoy, LB Cassanova McKinzy, WR Terry McLaurin, TE Jordan, C Chase Roullier, OG Brandon Scherff

          Giants inactives: RB Saquon Barkley, LB Tae Davis, OLB Alec Ogletree, OG Chad Slade, OT Eric Smith, TE Kaden Smith, QB Alex Tanney

          Injuries:

          Ryan Connelly, LB, Giants. Starting inside linebacker Connelly injured his knee in the fourth quarter and could be sidelined for the season. He was on crutches and limping badly after the game. The fifth-round rookie had worked his way into becoming a key piece on defense. He was the defensive signal-caller on Sunday, and had an interception and sack. The Giants are going to need Alec Ogletree (hamstring) back soon to help offset the loss. -- Jordan Raanan

          Highlights:

          LB Ryan Connelly down and players immediately on their knees. Cart comes out quickly. He limps onto the cart. He has a knee injury and is out. Giants are already short at linebacker. The rookie out of Wisconsin had been playing well.

          Rookie quarterback Dwayne Haskins just replaced veteran Case Keenum after he struggled to hit wide open players down the field. Haskins had not played a snap in the first three games.

          The Redskins needed a strong start vs. the Giants. Instead, quarterback Case Keenum overthrew an open Trey Quinn on the first play and threw an interception on the third. The Redskins' defense allowed 15 yards on third and 17 and then gave up a fourth down conversion. Then, on first and goal from the 6-yard line, they allowed running back Wayne Gallman to be wide open in the flat for an easy score. They have committed penalty-killing drives. They look like a bad team.

          Injuries:

          Jarvis Landry, WR, Browns. Landry was having a monster performance before a concussion suffered in the second half knocked him out of the game. He still finished with 167 receiving yards. The Browns were already missing starting receiver Rashard Higgins, who's been out with a knee injury. Landry won't return until he passes concussion protocol. A key reinforcement, though, is on the way. Wideout Antonio Callaway is set to return from his four-game suspension this week. -- Jake Trotter

          A late TD for Dontrell Hilliard to pad the Browns' lead:

          Nick Chubb is the first Browns running back with 160 rush yards and three rushing TDs in a game since Jerome Harrison in 2009 against the Chiefs, via ESPN Stats & Info.

          Injuries:

          Chris Manhertz, TE, Panthers. Manhertz suffered a concussion, so his availability is in question as long as he remains in the protocol. Manhertz isn't perhaps the best-known name among a Carolina tight end room that includes three-time Pro Bowler Greg Olsen and 2018 fourth-round pick Ian Thomas. But his blocking in a two tight-end set, particularly the jumbo package, is big. -- David Newton

          Kenny Stills, WR, Texans. Stills left with a hamstring injury at the end of the first quarter and did not return to the game. Head coach Bill O'Brien said he would have to wait until Monday for a prognosis on the receiver. If Stills does not play next week against the Falcons, it could mean an increased role for slot receiver Keke Coutee, who had one catch for 11 yards on three targets on Sunday. -- Sarah Barshop

          Josh Allen, QB, Bills. This is the biggest injury news of the year for the Bills, as Allen enters concussion protocol after a brutal helmet-to-helmet hit against the Patriots. Concussions are tricky to predict -- Mitch Morse missed most of training camp and the preseason with one. For now, Matt Barkley will slide in as the Bills' starting quarterback and Davis Webb will presumably be signed to the 53-man roster from the practice squad as the team prepares to play the Titans in Week 5. -- Marcel Louis-Jacques

          Raiders 31, Colts 24

          Raiders inactives: LB Dakota Allen, WR Dwayne Harris, OG Gabe Jackson, QB DeShone Kizer, DE Benson Mayowa, WR J.J. Nelson, OT Brandon Parker

          Colts inactives: OT Le'Raven Clark, TE Hale Hentges, WR T.Y. Hilton, FS Malik Hooker, OLB Darius Leonard, DE Tyquan Lewis, RB Jonathan Williams

          Injuries:

          Marlon Mack, RB, Colts. Mack left the game in the fourth quarter due to an ankle injury when the Colts were trying to come back. Mack's talent has never been questioned, as he's rushed for a team-high 338 yards this season. However, he has had some issues staying healthy. Mack missed six games in his first two seasons, and it's uncertain if he'll miss anytime with this injury. The Colts will turn to Jordan Wilkins and Nyheim Hines as their top two running backs if Mack has to miss some time. -- Mike Wells

          Jordan Devey, OG, Raiders. Devey suffered a torn pectoral muscle in the second half of the Raiders' 31-24 victory over the Colts and was replaced at right guard by Denzelle Good; Oakland's offensive line did not miss a beat. That's a good thing for Oakland as Devey is feared lost for the year while Gabe Jackson, the incumbent at right guard who suffered an MCL injury in training camp, is expected ted to make his season debut after the Raiders' bye week, which comes after next week's game in London. Right tackle Trent Brown also left the game for a spell to get a finger tended to -- David Sharpe played in his place -- but also keep an eye on quarterback Derek Carr, who took a shot to the lower left leg in the second quarter. While he did not miss any time - Mike Glennon did start warming up -- Carr did have precautionary X-rays taken after the game. -- Paul Gutierrez

          Highlights:

          Jacoby Brissett finds some space and then delivers a perfect ball to Eric Ebron who takes it the rest of the way for a TD:

          Erik Harris has the first pick for the Raiders' defense this season -- and it's a pick-six!

          Chester Rogers with a score and beaut of a celly, and we've got a one-score game in Indy:

          Raiders right tackle Trent Brown is having his hand and fingers looked at in the locker room, according to the team radio broadcast. Brown, who is also dealing with right knee and ankle issues, left the game in the third quarter and was replaced by David Sharpe.

The bye week comes at a good time for him to heal up, as Lions coach Matt Patricia said they'll see how he is Monday. With Diggs out, the Lions looked to a combination of Will Harris, C.J.           T.J. Hockenson, TE, Lions. Hockenson suffered a concussion on a nasty fall in the second half when he tried to hurdle a defender. It's not clear how long he'll be out, but Lions coach Matt Patricia said the rookie was in good spirits after the game. -- Michael Rothstein

          Highlights:

          A game-winning drive for the Chiefs is capped off by Darrel Williams' second TD of the game:

          Kenny Golladay with a catch of the year candidate, and the Lions are back ahead:

          Some trickeration by the Chiefs, as Travis Kelce catches it, then dishes it off to LeSean McCoy:

          Lions tight end T.J. Hockenson is being carted off the field after landing very hard on what appeared to be his head and right shoulder after making a catch in the third quarter. Down for a couple of minutes, he walked onto the cart on his own power.

          Injuries:

          Christian Kirk, WR, Cardinals. Kirk went down on the second-to-last play of the game with a lower-body injury. Replays showed it was either his knee or ankle, but coach Kliff Kingsbury didn't have an update after the game. If the injury was as serious as it looked and Kirk is lost for a significant amount of time, the Cardinals' offense will take a major hit. Arizona can't afford to lose one of its primary playmakers this early into an already dismal season. -- Josh Weinfuss

          Zach Allen, DE, Cardinals. Allen left the game shortly before halftime with a shoulder injury and didn't return. Coach Kliff Kingsbury didn't have an update on him after the game, but Allen's absence takes a pass rusher out of the rotation. He was averaging 45 snaps per game. If Allen is out for an extended amount of time, look for Terrell Suggs' snaps to increase, for Cassius Marsh to get a larger role and for Brooks Reed to see more reps. -- Josh Weinfuss

          Highlights:

          Seahawks extend the lead after this run by C.J. Prosise:

          Kyler Murray has made many plays with his legs this season, but this was his first NFL rushing TD:

          Cardinals rookie defensive end Zach Allen is out with a shoulder injury and will not return against the Seahawks. He left the game in the final seconds of the first half, walking to the locker room while flanked by a trainer. He played in six snaps in the first half -- three defensive and three special teams.

          Injuries:

          Bradley Chubb, LB, Broncos. Chubb briefly left Sunday's game with a calf injury and returned to the lineup, but then suffered a knee injury as well, and again returned to the lineup. Chubb finished out Sunday's loss against the Jaguars, but he will be a player to watch in the days ahead to see if he missed some practice time. Rookie Malik Reed replaced Chubb on the snaps he missed and would get the majority or work with the starting defense if Chubb is a question mark later in the week. -- Jeff Legwold

          Josey Jewell, LB, Broncos. Jewell had missed practice time last week with a hamstring injury and then tried to play Sunday against the Jaguars. However, Jewell re-aggravated the injury and left the game in the first half. Corey Nelson replaced him in the lineup Sunday and would likely get most of Jewell's snaps in the base defense moving forward as well. -- Jeff Legwold

          Ronnie Harrison, S Jaguars. Harrison left the game for several plays after he hurt his knee in a collision with teammate Jarrod Wilson, but he did return to the game. Still, this is something to monitor this week because of the Jaguars' lack of depth at safety. Cody Davis is the backup strong safety but his value is more as a core special teams player. Veteran corner Josh Robinson also can play safety and could get a look here if Harrison's status is in doubt. -- Mike DiRocco

          Highlights:
