ESPN Fantasy Projection: Levis is out for the 2025 season due to a shoulder injury. Even had he been healthy, Levis was set to serve as the primary backup to 2025 No. 1 overall pick Cam Ward. Levis was the Titans' starter for most of his first two seasons, but simply wasn't up to the task, totaling 21 pass TDs and 16 INTs in 21 games, and he didn't add much with his legs (240 yards and one TD). Last season, he appeared in only 12 games (nine full) and still finished in the top 7 in sacks and INTs. Levis is aggressive (top 5 in average depth of throw both seasons), but the lack of efficiency and rushing contributions keeps him well off the fantasy radar.
