The NFL's unusual 2020 offseason has approached an anchor. Teams began negotiating with pending free agents Monday, and deals can be signed as early as March 18.
Below is our annual attempt to rank the top 100 unrestricted free agents. The list includes players who received the franchise or transition tag, in part because of the recent trend to tag-and-trade players.
As always, we've focused this list toward the philosophies of most teams rather than simply 2019 production or skill level in a vacuum. Age is critical as teams attempt to project future performance -- 26 and 27 are the sweet spots -- and certain positions are always higher priorities. Let's dive in.
Note: Ages below are listed as of the start of the 2020 season.

Top FAs by position

1. Dak Prescott, QB
Franchise tagged by: Dallas Cowboys | Age entering 2020 season: 27
News: The Cowboys placed their franchise tag on Prescott.
Say whatever you want about Prescott's ceiling. But if a 27-year-old quarterback coming off a 4,902-yard season ever reached the open market, he would be swarmed. It's hard to believe it will come to that, though. If the sides can't reach a long-term agreement, the Cowboys almost certainly would use the franchise tag on Prescott. But for now, Prescott is a pending free agent like anyone else on this list.

2. Tom Brady, QB
Signing with: Tampa Bay Buccaneers | Age: 43
News: Buccaneers expected to land Brady.
Retiring is "pretty unlikely," Brady said after the Patriots' wild-card loss to the Titans. That sentiment has set up a two-month guessing game about his 2020 team. The Patriots agreed not to use the franchise tag on him, and without a new deal by March 18, Brady will become a free agent -- and deposit $13.5 million in dead money on the Patriots' cap -- for the first time in his career.

3. Drew Brees, QB
Re-signing with: New Orleans Saints | Age: 41
News: Brees is headed back to New Orleans.
Brees produced the NFL's third-best QBR (72.0) after returning in Week 10 from a torn thumb ligament, trailing only Lamar Jackson and Patrick Mahomes during that period. His performance was a strong signal that he could play at a high level in 2020, even after a shaky outing in the Saints' wild-card playoff loss to the Vikings. Like Brady, Brees has never before been interested in changing teams. Has anything changed? In Brees' case, signs point to no.

4. Yannick Ngakoue, Edge
Franchise tagged by: Jacksonville Jaguars | Age: 25
News: The Jaguars placed their franchise tag on Ngakoue.
Ngakoue turned down a long-term contract offer last summer and now appears to be in line for the franchise tag. It's generally not good business to let 25-year-old pass-rushers leave town, though he is a candidate for a tag-and-trade. Since entering the NFL in 2016, Ngakoue has recorded 37.5 sacks, No. 12 in the league during that period. His 14 forced fumbles rank fourth.

5. Brandon Scherff, G
Franchise tagged by: Washington Redskins | Age: 28
News: The Redskins placed their franchise tag on Scherff.
A three-time Pro Bowl selection, Scherff has missed 13 games over the past two seasons due to various injuries. The Redskins' long-term planning has changed with the hiring of coach Ron Rivera and the reorganization of their front office, so it's unclear where the team's priorities will lie. But Scherff projects as the best available offensive lineman if he makes it to the market.

6. Jadeveon Clowney, Edge
2019 team: Seattle Seahawks | Age: 27
Rented (cheaply) for the season by the Seahawks, Clowney reaffirmed most existing impressions of him: He is a difference-maker when healthy. He made it through 13 games in 2019, scoring touchdowns on separate interception and fumble returns, and was more effective as a pass-rusher than his total of three sacks would suggest.

7. Ryan Tannehill, QB
Re-signing with: Tennessee Titans | Age: 32
News: Tannehill agrees to 4-year deal with Titans worth up to $118 million.
Tannehill appears to have resurrected his career in Tennessee, having produced the league's sixth-best QBR (65.2) over the final 10 weeks of the season. His 7.7% touchdown rate -- 22 in 286 attempts -- was second best in the NFL.

8. Chris Jones, DT
Franchise tagged by: Kansas City Chiefs | Age: 26
News: The Chiefs placed their franchise tag on Jones.
Jones didn't put up the same sack numbers this season (9.0) as he did in 2018 (15.5), in part because of a groin injury that cost him three games. He also played the divisional round of the playoffs with a calf strain. But at his age, and with his history as a pass-rusher, Jones is a valuable asset. However, the Chiefs are reportedly placing a tag on Jones.

9. Shaquil Barrett, Edge
Franchise tagged by: Tampa Bay Buccaneers | Age: 27
News: The Bucs placed their franchise tag on Barrett.
Rarely has a player raised his value more in a contract year than Barrett did in 2019. After signing a one-year contract with the Buccaneers worth $5 million, Barrett led the NFL with 19.5 sacks. Although not all sacks are equal, it would be difficult to record that many without displaying some exceptional pass-rushing skills and playmaking along the way.

10. Hunter Henry, TE
Franchise tagged by: Los Angeles Chargers | Age: 25
News: The Chargers placed their franchise tag on Henry.
Henry returned to full strength after a torn ACL cost him the 2018 season, catching 55 passes for 652 yards -- both career highs. The dynamic role of tight ends in today's offenses suggests he will be highly sought if he reaches the market. The Patriots seem like an obvious team of interest if he hits the market.

11. A.J. Green, WR
Franchise tagged by: Cincinnati Bengals | Age: 32
News: The Bengals placed their franchise tag on Green.
Injuries have stalled Green's otherwise Hall of Fame-caliber career. He missed all of the 2019 season because of an ankle injury and seven games in 2018 because of a toe ailment. Assuming he can get his body right, Green could resurrect his career with a franchise that is closer to the playoffs than the Bengals -- but it appears Green will be tagged by Cincinnati.

12. Anthony Castonzo, OT
Re-signing with: Indianapolis Colts | Age: 32
News: Castonzo to sign a 2-year extension worth $33 million.
Like many players who are older than 30, Castonzo considered retirement but ultimately decided he wanted to continue playing. He played well enough in 2019 to project him as a starter for several more years. And if he ever got on the open market, he would find plenty of suitors. Starting left tackles, young or old, are rarely available.

13. Amari Cooper, WR
Re-signing with: Dallas Cowboys | Age: 26
News: Cooper to sign 5-year, $100 million deal with Cowboys.
Late-season disappointments aside, it's hard to imagine the Cowboys bidding farewell to a player they used a first-round pick to acquire in 2018. In the end, Cooper is a deep threat who has caught 329 passes since entering the league in 2015, ranking him No. 14 in the NFL over that period. His 14.3-yard average per catch is better than all but two of the 13 other receivers above him on that list.

14. Derrick Henry, RB
Franchise tagged by: Tennessee Titans | Age: 26
News: The Titans placed their franchise tag on Henry.
Henry's expiring contract provides yet another test of how teams value traditional veteran tailbacks. A market has emerged recently for those who are exceptional receivers, but Henry is primarily a (very hard) runner. He was the NFL's 2019 leader in rushing (1,540 yards), rushing touchdowns (16) and -- unfortunately for his potential trip into free agency -- rushing attempts (303).

15. Austin Hooper, TE
Signing with: Cleveland Browns | Age: 25
News: Hooper reaches 4-year, $44 million deal with the Browns.
The Falcons' tight salary-cap situation could make it difficult to bring back Hooper, whose eye-opening start to the 2019 season will no doubt attract multiple suitors who want to capitalize on tight end mismatches in their offense. Before being slowed by a knee injury, he caught 52 passes through the first eight weeks of the season. He is set to cash in somewhere.

16. Philip Rivers, QB
Signing with: Indianapolis Colts | Age: 38
News: Rivers agrees to a 1-year deal with the Colts.
Rivers slipped in his 16th season, finishing No. 22 in QBR (48.9), and his teary Week 17 postgame news conference suggested he is ready and willing to move on. It's not outlandish to think he could put a playoff-ready team over the top. Remember, Brett Favre was 39 when he signed with the Vikings in 2009.

17. Arik Armstead, Edge
Re-signing with: San Francisco 49ers | Age: 26
News: Armstead is set to return to the 49ers on a 5-year deal.
Armstead recorded 10 sacks in the 49ers' first 11 games and was one of the key reasons for their defensive turnaround. It took him awhile to get to this point. Because of injuries, he really wasn't a full-time player until 2018, but his breakout year could not have been better timed.

18. Kenyan Drake, RB
Transition tagged by: Arizona Cardinals | Age: 25
News: The Cardinals placed their transition tag on Drake.
Drake was wildly productive after arriving in Arizona from the Dolphins via trade. In eight games, he rushed for eight touchdowns and combined for 814 yards rushing and receiving. Drake's age and receiving ability make him a rare valuable commodity at his position in free agency.

19. Matthew Judon, Edge
Franchise tagged by: Baltimore Ravens | Age: 27
News: The Ravens placed their franchise tag on Judon.
The Ravens have a long history of allowing productive players to leave via free agency -- see Za'Darius Smith and C.J. Mosley in 2019 -- in part because they are confident in their draft classes to replenish the talent. Will Judon be the next such player? He recorded a career-high 9.5 sacks during the regular season.

20. Jarran Reed, DT
Re-signing with: Seattle Seahawks | Age: 27
News: Seahawks bring back Reed on 2-year, $23 million deal.
After serving a six-game suspension for a violation of the NFL's personal conduct policy, Reed resumed his role as a starter but didn't come close to matching his 2018 sack rate in the remaining 10 games. But there is always a market for inside pass-rushers.

21. Byron Jones, CB
Signing with: Miami Dolphins | Age: 27
News: Jones will become the NFL's highest-paid corner in a new deal with the Dolphins.
It had long been thought that Jones would be the odd man out of the Cowboys' 2019-20 free-agency classes, but that was before they transitioned to coach Mike McCarthy. Will McCarthy have a different set of priorities? Jones has intercepted only two passes in his career, but he is highly athletic and has knocked away 43 passes. During the past two seasons, he has the fourth-best forced incompletion rate, according to Pro Football Focus (PFF).

22. Justin Simmons, S
Franchise tagged by: Denver Broncos | Age: 26
News: The Broncos placed their franchise tag on Simmons.
Simmons earned second-team All-Pro honors after intercepting four passes and defending a total of 15 in his third season as a full-time starter. Safeties don't always find success in free agency, but it might not come to that for Simmons -- the Broncos are set to place the franchise tag on the market's top safety.

23. Anthony Harris, S
Franchise tagged by: Minnesota Vikings | Age: 29
News: The Vikings placed their franchise tag on Harris.
After three seasons as a backup/special-teams player, Harris has emerged as a force in pass defense. He tied for the league lead in 2019 with six interceptions, and his nine interceptions since the start of the 2018 season are tied for the third most. The Vikings are tight against the salary cap and seem likely to let him test the market.

24. Melvin Gordon, RB
Signing with: Denver Broncos | Age: 27
News: Gordon reached an agreement on a two-year, $16 million deal that includes $13.5 million guaranteed with the Broncos.
The Chargers' decision to stand firm during Gordon's 2019 holdout, and Gordon's career-low 612 rushing yards upon his return, was revealing. He did manage to rush for eight touchdowns, and his total of 26 over the past three seasons ranks No. 6 in the NFL. His holdout reduced the mileage on his body, but he won't fit the free-agent profile some teams use at the position.

25. Teddy Bridgewater, QB
Signing with: Carolina Panthers | Age: 27
News: Bridgewater is heading to the Panthers.
If there were any doubts, Bridgewater showed in 2019 that he can play at a winning level over an extended period. Three years after a catastrophic knee injury, Bridgewater helped the Saints to a 5-0 record after Brees injured his thumb. He was picky last offseason, turning down the Dolphins' starting job to return as a Saints backup. It seems less likely he would do that again, but Bridgewater has carried a unique perspective since that knee injury.

26. Dante Fowler Jr., Edge
Signing with: Atlanta Falcons | Age: 26
News: The Falcons have agreed with Fowler on a 3-year, $48 million deal.
Fowler produced a career-high 11.5 sacks in his first full season with the Rams, finally putting behind three and a half seasons of disappointment with the Jaguars. The talent has always been there.

27. Chris Harris Jr., CB
Signing with: Los Angeles Chargers | Age: 32
News: Harris Jr. has agreed to a deal to join the Chargers.
Harris is older than an ideal free-agent cornerback, but was still playing at a high level in 2019, his ninth NFL season. The Broncos might choose to get younger at the position, which would put Harris on the open market for the first time in his career.

28. Cory Littleton, LB
Signing with: Las Vegas Raiders | Age: 26
News: Littleton has agreed to a 3-year deal with the Raiders.
A former undrafted free agent, Littleton developed from a special-teams standout to the Rams' leading tackler in 2019. He also intercepted two passes and recovered four fumbles, and he would get some looks based on his tackling skills and scheme versatility.

29. Jameis Winston, QB
2019 team: Tampa Bay Buccaneers | Age: 26
All you need to know about Winston is that in 2019 he became the first player in NFL history to throw at least 30 touchdown passes and 30 interceptions in the same season. His downfield explosiveness is undeniable, but his turnover rate is totally out of sync with today's passing-friendly league. It had been 31 years since a quarterback threw as many as 30 interceptions in one season. The Buccaneers seem determined to evaluate other options.

30. Bud Dupree, LB
Franchise tagged by: Pittsburgh Steelers | Age: 27
News: The Steelers placed their franchise tag on Dupree.
A breakout season for a pass-rusher in a contract year often means big money. Dupree finally put it all together in 2019, starting all 16 games and recording 11.5 sacks while playing across from T.J. Watt. If he wants, Dupree could price himself out of the Steelers' budget by entering the open market.

31. Joe Thuney, G
Franchise tagged by: New England Patriots | Age: 27
News: The Patriots placed their franchise tag on Thuney.
Thuney earned second-team All-Pro honors after completing his fourth season as a 16-game starter. The Patriots' tight salary-cap situation leaves open the possibility that he will hit the market.

32. Jack Conklin, OT
Signing with: Cleveland Browns | Age: 26
News: Conklin reaches 3-year, $42 million deal with Browns.
Conklin returned from an injury-shortened 2018 season to start all 16 games this past season and is eligible for free agency because the Titans declined his 2020 fifth-year option. Even if he doesn't return to his All-Pro form of 2016, the value will be there. Starting right tackles don't often enter the market.

33. Eric Ebron, TE
Signing with: Pittsburgh Steelers | Age: 27
News: Ebron has agreed to a two-year, $12 million deal with Pittsburgh.
Ebron caught 16 touchdown passes in 27 games after moving from the Lions to the Colts in 2018 and is young for someone who has played six seasons. But he has always struggled with dropped passes, and teams no doubt will want to investigate the circumstances that led Ebron to decide he needed season-ending ankle surgery. The Colts' public statements made clear they were surprised by the urgent need for surgery.

34. Robert Quinn, Edge
Signing with: Chicago Bears | Age: 30
News: Quinn agrees to a 5-year deal with the Bears.
Quinn displayed high-end pass rushing in 2019 for the Cowboys, his third team in as many seasons. He recorded 11.5 sacks, his highest total since 2014, and led the NFL in pass rush win rate, an ESPN metric using NFL Next Gen Stats data. If nothing else, Quinn can still provide high-level contributions as a situational pass-rusher.

35. Blake Martinez, LB
Signing with: New York Giants | Age: 27
News: Martinez agrees to a 3-year deal worth $30 million with the Giants.
A tackling machine who hasn't missed a start in three seasons, Martinez has been a reliable and valuable member of the Packers' defense spanning two coaching staffs. Not every team values the inside linebacker position, but it only takes one.

36. Robby Anderson, WR
Signing with: Carolina Panthers | Age: 27
News: Anderson is signing a 2-year, $20 million deal with the Panthers.
A late-season push -- 27 receptions for 420 yards over the Jets' final six games -- pushed Anderson up the rankings of young receivers with expiring contracts. His emergence roughly tracked the Jets' offensive improvement over that period, and he would project at the top of the second tier of this group of free-agent receivers.

37. Joe Schobert, LB
Signing with: Jacksonville Jaguars | Age: 26
News: Schobert reaches a 5-year deal with the Jaguars.
The previous Browns front office made little attempt to re-sign Schobert, their starting middle linebacker for the past three seasons. He produced arguably his best season in 2019, recording 133 tackles while also grabbing four interceptions, second most among NFL linebackers. If he can find a scheme fit, Schobert will be a valuable signing.

38. Trae Waynes, CB
Signing with: Cincinnati Bengals | Age: 28
News: The Bengals have agreed with Waynes on a 3-year, $42 million contract.
Waynes didn't become a full-time starter until his third season with the Vikings, and after playing out his fifth-year option, he would be older than most first-time free agents. But the Vikings' salary-cap limitations seem likely to put Waynes on the open market.

39. Breshad Perriman, WR
Signing with: New York Jets | Age: 26
News: The Jets are signing Perriman to a 1-year deal.
A career year in the Buccaneers' high-octane offense demonstrated that Perriman still has big-play ability after an injury-plagued start to his career. He set career highs in receptions (36), yards (645) and touchdowns (six), and he should generate interest in a top-heavy pool of receivers.

40. James Bradberry, CB
Signing with: New York Giants | Age: 27
News: Bradberry reached a 3-year, $45 million deal with the Giants.
Bradberry is a four-year starter who has spent his career matching up against the NFC South's battalion of elite receivers. He intercepted a career-high three passes in 2019 and could be the top corner available on the market.

41. Markus Golden, LB
2019 team: New York Giants | Age: 29
Golden was one of the few bright spots for the Giants, recording 10 sacks -- including one that came as a result of a postgame stat change -- for a bad team. There weren't many takers for him in the 2019 market, but his sack total will generate a few more eyes.

42. Devin McCourty, S
Re-signing with: New England Patriots | Age: 33
News: McCourty agrees to 2-year deal with Patriots worth $23 million.
Retirement rumors keep following McCourty, but it's not clear why. He intercepted five passes in 2019, his highest total in the past seven seasons, and would seem to have at least one more season left in his career.

43. Connor McGovern, C
Signing with: New York Jets | Age: 27
News: McGovern joining the Jets on a 3-year, $27 million contract.
Centers tend to be highly sought in free agency, and McGovern has held down the Broncos' spot well after taking over for Matt Paradis during the 2018 season. He also has played guard during his NFL career.

44. Graham Glasgow, C/G
Signing with: Denver Broncos | Age: 28
News: The Broncos have reached an agreement on a 4-year deal with Glasgow.
Glasgow has started at both center and guard, and has missed only two games in his career. But the Lions began platooning him at guard in 2019, and he could use a fresh start with a team that is ready to commit to him at a particular position.

45. Vic Beasley Jr., Edge
Signing with: Tennessee Titans | Age: 32
News: Beasley Jr. is set to sign with the Titans.
The No. 8 overall pick of the 2015 draft, Beasley led the NFL in sacks (15.5) in 2016 and recorded eight in 2019. He has never been as much of a play-to-play force as the Falcons had hoped, but that doesn't mean there won't be a market for his services.

46. Javon Hargrave, DT
Signing with: Philadelphia Eagles | Age: 27
News: The Eagles have agreed to a 3-year, $39 million deal with Hargrave.
Not many people outside of the Steelers' fan base know of him, and he doesn't show up on many stat sheets. But Hargrave has been a four-year starter who gets more of a push than you would think for a traditional nose tackle.

47. Quinton Spain, G
Re-signing with: Buffalo Bills | Age: 29
News: The Bills agreed to a three-year, $15 million contract with Spain.
Spain made a successful transition to Buffalo in 2019 after spending four years with the Titans, but it was only on a one-year deal. The Bills are motivated to retain him, given the progress of their offense under a strengthened offensive line.

48. Germain Ifedi, OT
Signing with: Chicago Bears | Age: 26
News: Ifedi has agreed to a 1-year deal with the Bears.
The Seahawks declined their fifth-year option on Ifedi, a first-round pick in 2016, putting him on track to test the market. He started all 16 games at right tackle but has had some rough moments over his career. With his age and experience, however, he should find plenty of interest.

49. Leonard Williams, DT
Franchise tagged by: New York Giants | Age: 26
News: The Giants placed their franchise tag on Williams.
The Giants acquired Williams at the trade deadline for an unusual eight-game tryout prior to the expiration of his contract. The No. 6 overall pick of the 2015 draft, he had largely been a disappointment for the Jets. He didn't show much with the Giants either, recording a half sack to bring his career total to 17.5. But plenty of teams will take a look if the Giants don't re-sign him.

50. Marcus Mariota, QB
Signing with: Las Vegas Raiders | Age: 26
News: Mariota agrees to deal with the Raiders.
It's impossible to know what would have come of Mariota's career if he had been drafted into a stable coaching environment, rather than playing for three head coaches and four offensive coordinators over five seasons. Mariota could have adjusted better but appeared mismatched from the start. He won't get an immediate crack at a starting job, but the path of his successor (Tannehill) is enough proof of what can happen with a fresh start.

51. Halapoulivaati Vaitai, OT/G
Signing with: Detroit Lions | Age: 27
News: Vaitai has agreed to terms with the Lions.
Big V, as he is known in Philadelphia, has spent most of the past four seasons as a swing backup and spot starter. He can play both guard and tackle, and was good enough as a replacement left tackle in 2017 to help the Eagles win Super Bowl LII. A player of his size and relatively youthful age is sure to generate interest.

52. Andrus Peat, G
Re-signing with: New Orleans Saints | Age: 26
News: The Saints agreed to a five-year contract with Peat.
Peat's performance ebbed significantly during five seasons with the Saints, and 2019 wasn't his best season. The Saints' strapped-cap situation makes him expendable. Sometimes you have to think of the, yes, big picture. When a 6-foot-7, 316-pound starting guard is available, plenty of teams will swoon.

53. Vonn Bell, S
Signing with: Cincinnati Bengals | Age: 25
News: Bell is set to sign with the Bengals.
Bell emerged as a full-time starter in 2019 and had the kind of season that suggests his career is about to take off. The Saints have a possible replacement on the roster in C.J. Gardner-Johnson.

54. Bryan Bulaga, OT
Signing with: Los Angeles Chargers | Age: 31
News: Bulaga reached an agreement with the Chargers.
A first-round pick in 2010, Bulaga struggled to stay on the field early in his career because of injuries. But he managed to start 30 of a possible 32 games over the past two seasons and figures to have several years left as a starting right tackle.

55. Nick Kwiatkoski, LB
Signing with: Las Vegas Raiders | Age: 27
News: Kwiatkoski agrees to a 3-year deal with the Raiders.
Kwiatkoski has proved more than capable as a fill-in starter during four seasons with the Bears, capped by 76 tackles and three sacks while starting eight games in 2019. Kwiatkoski is one of the best inside linebackers available.

56. D.J. Reader, DT
Signing with: Cincinnati Bengals | Age: 26
News: Reader has agreed to a four-year, $53 million contract with the Bengals.
The Texans' decision to extend backup Brandon Dunn's contract suggests they are expecting Reader to move on. Many teams will project him as the best interior run defender available.

57. Emmanuel Sanders, WR
Signing with: New Orleans Saints | Age: 33
News: Sanders agrees to a 2-year deal with the Saints.
There usually isn't much of a market for 33-year-old receivers. A grand total of six were on NFL rosters in 2019. But Sanders' productivity after a midseason trade from the Broncos -- 36 receptions for 502 yards and three touchdowns in 10 games -- suggests he still has some good years remaining.

58. Jason Peters, OT
2019 team: Philadelphia Eagles | Age: 38
At his age, Peters is a year-to-year proposition. But after he played in 29 of a possible 32 games over the past two seasons, there is a reason to think he could squeeze out at least one more quality season. Even if his best years are long behind him, starting left tackles of any quality generate intense interest.

59. Kyle Van Noy, LB
Signing with: Miami Dolphins | Age: 29
News: Van Noy is reunited with Dolphins coach Brian Flores on a 4-year deal.
Van Noy faces the same question as many other New England free agents have over the years. Did the Patriots apply their proprietary alchemy to turn a limited player into a productive starter, or can he replicate it elsewhere? In the end, 29-year-old linebackers need heftier pass-rush numbers than Van Noy has put together in order to generate a big contract.

60. Jimmie Ward, S
Re-signing with: San Francisco 49ers | Age: 29
News: Ward agrees to a 3-year, $28.5 million deal with the 49ers.
Teams will need to make a complex analysis of Ward, who had his best year in 2019 but was pretty inconsistent before then and has missed a total of 32 games in six seasons for various reasons.

61. Ndamukong Suh, DT
Re-signing with: Tampa Bay Buccaneers | Age: 33
News: Suh is expected to return to the Buccaneers.
Once one of the NFL's most dominant defensive players, Suh has entered the journeyman phase of his career. The Buccaneers were his third team in as many seasons, but he remained productive (four fumble recoveries, including two for touchdowns) and extended his consecutive starts streak to 131 games dating to 2011.

62. Gerald McCoy, DT
Signing with: Dallas Cowboys | Age: 32
News: McCoy getting a 3-year deal from the Cowboys.
McCoy is entering the twilight of his career but hopes to play another season or two after showing he could make it through 16 games as a starter last year with the Panthers.

63. Jimmy Smith, CB
Re-signing with: Baltimore Ravens | Age: 32
News: The Ravens re-signed Smith to a one-year deal.
Smith remains immensely talented, but every interested team will have to take into account his long injury history. He managed to play only nine games in 2019 and has appeared in all 16 games of a season only twice in his career.

64. Michael Brockers, DT
Re-signing with: Los Angeles Rams | Age: 29
News: Brockers' deal with the Ravens fell through over an issue with his ankle, and he re-signed with the Rams on a similar deal.
News: The Ravens reached a 3-year deal with Brockers.
After eight seasons with the Rams, dating to their time in St. Louis, Brockers is testing the open market. He has missed only two games since his rookie season and figures to have multiple suitors.

65. Andrew Whitworth, OT
Re-signing with: Los Angeles Rams | Age: 38
News: Whitworth is staying with the Rams on a 3-year deal.
Despite his age, teams can project Whitworth as a reliable and still-effective left tackle for the short term. He has missed only three games in the past 11 seasons.

66. Shaq Lawson, Edge
Signing with: Miami Dolphins | Age: 26
News: Lawson has agreed to terms with the Dolphins.
The No. 19 overall pick of the 2016 draft, Lawson never caught on as a full-time starter. He did record a career-high 6.5 sacks in 2019 but could probably use a change of scenery after the Bills declined his fifth-year option.

67. Maliek Collins, DT
Signing with: Las Vegas Raiders | Age: 25
News: Collins will sign with the Raiders.
Collins has proved a durable starter, missing only three games in four seasons with the Cowboys. But he couldn't be a priority for a Cowboys team that has too many higher profile deals to work on.

68. Tre Boston, S
Re-signing with: Carolina Panthers | Age: 28
News: Boston returning to Carolina on a 3-year, $18 million deal.
Boston has changed teams in each of the past three offseasons amid little fanfare, but he has produced wherever he has gone. He has 13 interceptions since the start of the 2016 season. Titans All-Pro Kevin Byard is the only safety with more during that period.

69. Damarious Randall, S
Signing with: Las Vegas Raiders | Age: 28
News: The Raiders agreed to terms on a one-year deal with Randall.
A mercurial playmaker, Randall always had an advocate in former Browns general manager John Dorsey. Who will pick up the torch?

70. Logan Ryan, CB
2019 team: Tennessee Titans | Age: 29
Ryan had never been more productive than he was in 2019, intercepting four passes and knocking down a career-high total of 18. He also forced four fumbles and recorded 113 tackles, both career highs.

71. Jason Pierre-Paul, Edge
Re-signing with: Tampa Bay Buccaneers | Age: 31
News: The Bucs are bringing back Pierre-Paul on a 2-year deal.
It's pretty amazing that Pierre-Paul managed to record 21 sacks in two seasons with the Buccaneers, especially after suffering a fractured neck in a car accident. After he returned from that injury, as well as his 2015 fireworks accident, who can bet against him?

72. Michael Pierce, DT
Signing with: Minnesota Vikings | Age: 27
News: Pierce agrees to join the Vikings for 3 years and $27 million.
Pierce is the kind of run-stopping inside defender whose performance doesn't show up on stat sheets but is pursued vigorously once he hits the open market.

73. Kendall Fuller, CB/S
Signing with: Washington Redskins | Age: 25
News: Fuller reunites with the Redskins.
No one looking at Fuller's 2019 tape will be excited to offer him a free-agent deal. But he is still very young and could be well-served by a change in scenery.

74. Ha Ha Clinton-Dix, S
Signing with: Dallas Cowboys | Age: 27
News: Clinton-Dix reaches one-year deal with the Cowboys.
Clinton-Dix could be headed toward his fourth team change since the start of the 2018 season, a warning sign for anyone. But he proved competent last season in 16 starts for the Bears and could be a value signing.

75. Christian Kirksey, LB
Signed by: Green Bay Packers | Age: 28
News: Ex-Browns LB Kirksey reaches deal with the Packers.
Released ahead of free agency by the Browns, Kirksey would be ranked higher were it not for two consecutive injury-shortened seasons. He has missed more than twice as many games (23) as he has played (nine) over that span.

76. Daryl Williams, OT/G
Signing with: Buffalo Bills | Age: 28
News: Williams has agreed to a 1-year deal with the Bills.
Williams returned to the Panthers last season on a one-year contract, seeing action at right tackle and both guard spots. That's the good news. The bad news: The Panthers appear to have no interest in bringing him back again.

77. Jamie Collins Sr., LB
Signing with: Detroit Lions | Age: 30
News: The Lions reached 3-year, $30 million deal with Collins.
Collins has been a playmaker during two stints with the Patriots, including a 2019 campaign that included a career-high seven sacks and three interceptions. In between was a disastrous two and a half years with the Browns. Can he find success outside of New England? Will he try?

78. Shelby Harris, DT
Re-signing with: Denver Broncos | Age: 29
News: Harris is returning to Denver on a 1-year deal.
It took some time, but Harris has developed into a reliable and durable interior defender. In his first season as a full-time starter, he notched a career-high six sacks in 2019. He'll get plenty of looks on the open market.

79. Phillip Dorsett II, WR
Signing with: Seattle Seahawks | Age: 27
News: Dorsett is heading to Seattle on a 1-year deal.
Dorsett caught a career-high five touchdown passes in 2019 but was part of a Patriots receiving corps that played a big role in the team's offensive struggles. It's unclear if he has much room to grow, but he is still relatively young.

80. Carlos Hyde, RB
2019 team: Houston Texans | Age: 29
Running backs nearing their 30th birthday don't get much of a look in free agency. But Hyde's career year with the Texans in 2019 (1,070 yards in 14 starts) will merit a few extra glances.

81. Brian Poole, CB
Re-signing with: New York Jets | Age: 27
News: The Jets re-sign veteran Poole to 1-year deal worth $5 million.
Cut loose by Atlanta after the 2018 season, Poole signed a one-year deal with the Jets and had a pretty decent season. He started a career-high 10 games and probably extended his career by a few years.

82. Quinton Jefferson, DT
Signing with: Buffalo Bills | Age: 27
News: Bills add Jefferson to help fill the DT void.
Few outside of Seattle might have heard of Jefferson, but he has displayed some interior juice during a productive two-year run as a starter. Teams that are considering him for a more prominent role should know that he had an 18% win rate against double-teams last season, according to ESPN metrics and NFL Next Gen Stats data, one of the better rates among interior linemen.

83. Karl Joseph, S
Signing with: Cleveland Browns | Age: 26
News: Joseph has agreed to a deal to join the Browns.
Although he has had some trouble staying on the field and missed a career-high seven games in 2019, Joseph intrigues teams who like to put safeties near the line of scrimmage.

84. Devin Funchess, WR
Signing with: Green Bay Packers | Age: 26
News: The Packers are set to sign Funchess.
After missing 15 games last season because of a broken collarbone, Funchess is now two years removed from his best NFL season. But at 6-4 and still only 26 years old, Funchess is sure to get another look.

85. Nelson Agholor, WR
Signing with: Oakland Raiders | Age: 27
News: The Raiders reached a deal with Agholor.
Agholor was part of a receiving corps that helped scuttle the Eagles' offense in 2019. He had a 4.3% drop percentage, among the 40 worst rates in the NFL, and missed five games because of a knee injury. But if he is healthy, and perhaps in a new system, he can help a team's depth.

86. Demarcus Robinson, WR
Re-signing with: Kansas City Chiefs | Age: 25
News: The Chiefs are re-signing Robinson to a 1-year contract.
Robinson set a career high in receptions (32) and yardage (449). He was active for every regular-season game during his four years with the Chiefs and is probably looking for a more prominent role with another team.

87. Mackensie Alexander, CB
Signing with: Cincinnati Bengals | Age: 26
News: The Bengals have agreed to terms with Alexander on a 1-year, $4 million contract.
Alexander has experience at the slot and outside positions in Mike Zimmer's defense. He could be a viable option for a team looking to bolster its defensive back group.

88. Rodney McLeod, S
Re-signing with: Philadelphia Eagles | Age: 30
News: The Eagles have agreed to terms on two-year deal with McLeod, who has spent the past four seasons with Philadelphia.
Although few teams seek out 30-year-old free agents, McLeod can be the kind of calming veteran whose presence alone can settle a defense.

89. Eli Apple, CB
2019 team: New Orleans Saints | Age: 25
News: Apple remains free agent after deal with Raiders falls through.
Apple seemed to be adjusting well to the Saints, opposite Marshon Lattimore, after a 2018 trade from the Giants. But he struggled late in 2019 and an ankle injury ended his season in Week 16.

90. Randall Cobb, WR
Signing with: Houston Texans | Age: 30
News: Cobb is joining the Texans on a 3-year, $27 million deal.
Cobb bounced back in 2019 to catch 55 passes in 15 games, and his 828 yards were his highest total since 2015. The Cowboys have other free-agent priorities, but Cobb has a longtime connection with new coach Mike McCarthy.

91. David Onyemata, DT
Re-signing with: New Orleans Saints | Age: 27
News: Onyemata will return to New Orleans.
In his first year as a full-time starter, Onyemata played a big role in the Saints' league-leading run defense. There are multiple teams eyeing him on the radar.

92. Tajae Sharpe, WR
Signing with: Minnesota Vikings | Age: 25
News: The Vikings are signing Sharpe to a 1-year deal.
Sharpe hasn't seen the ball much in the past three seasons while playing in the Titans' run-based scheme, and he hasn't replicated his 41-catch rookie season in 2016. He could benefit from a change of scenery.

93. Prince Amukamara, CB
2019 team: Chicago Bears | Age: 31
Although he is on the wrong side of 30 and is looking to join the fourth team of his career, Amukamara can still provide reliable coverage. He isn't a great run defender but could certainly start in the right system in 2020.

94. Andrew Billings, DT
2019 team: Cleveland Browns | Age: 25
News: Billings has agreed to a contract with the Browns.
Billings missed his rookie season because of a knee injury, but he played in all but one game since while emerging as a strong run defender.

95. Bradley Roby, CB
Re-signing with: Houston Texans | Age: 28
News: Roby agrees to terms with the Texans.
Hamstring issues limited Roby to 10 games after he signed a one-year deal with the Texans. He'll likely find more interest elsewhere this time around.

96. Bashaud Breeland, CB
2019 team: Kansas City Chiefs | Age: 28
Breeland has become a journeyman after the Panthers nullified his big free-agent score in 2018, citing a failed physical. But he appeared in all 16 games for the Chiefs last year, the first full season of his career, and is still young enough to project multiple additional seasons as a starter.

97. Jordan Howard, RB
Signing with: Miami Dolphins | Age: 25
News: The Dolphins have agreed to terms with Howard.
Howard's career hasn't followed the trajectory that suggests he is about to cash in on the open market, but he could be a value signing.

98. Derek Wolfe, Edge
Signing with: Baltimore Ravens | Age: 30
News: Wolfe, Ravens have agreed to a 1-year deal.
Wolfe signed a contract extension with the Broncos in 2016 after testing the open market. But after a career-high seven sacks in 12 games last season, he's set to field external offers in 2020.

99. Mike Daniels, DT
2019 team: Detroit Lions | Age: 31
A disappointing season in Detroit, marked by multiple injuries and a career-low two starts, has prompted some to wonder if Daniels' career is nearing an end. But it might be too early to close the door on a player who was one of the game's top interior disruptors as recently as 2018.

100. Ronald Darby, CB
Signing with: Washington Redskins | Age: 26
News: Darby has agreed to a 1-year, $4-million deal with the Redskins.
Darby once again had his season cut short by injury, this time because of a hip flexor. He has missed 23 of a possible 80 games in five seasons. But he is talented in coverage, still young and will merit some looks.
