Pro Football Focus will be providing analysis for every major NFL signing and trade during the 2015 free-agency period, accounting primarily for the quality of the player and his fit with his new team, while focusing less on the financial terms of the deal.

Here is a grade for the Buffalo Bills following their signing of Percy Harvin.

Buffalo Bills: B

The Bills haven't had much talent at receiver during the past six years. The only player with at least 100 pass routes and a positive PFF grade is Stevie Johnson. A second-year Sammy Watkins will hopefully join that list in 2015, and now Percy Harvin should give the Bills their best duo at WR in a long time.

While Harvin has missed a lot of playing time in his career, when he is on the field, there isn't anyone quite like him. In 2009 and 2010, Harvin was among the top five receivers in forcing missed tackles, and in 2012, he led the position with an incredible 22 missed tackles, despite playing just 427 snaps.

He missed all of 2013, and in 2014 he had only eight players miss tackles on him (on 51 catches). While his 1.80 yards per route run mark wasn't as flashy as it was earlier in his career, it was still better than all six receivers who ran a pass route in Buffalo last year. As long as he is healthy, he will at worst be a slight improvement for the team at slot receiver, and at best, he'll make the Pro Bowl. He just needs to stay healthy.
