The Oklahoma City Thunder have traded backup point guard Eric Maynor to the Portland Trail Blazers, sources told ESPN.com. The Thunder will receive a $2.2 million trade exception in return for Maynor.
Maynor, who is coming off major knee surgery, had fallen out of the Thunder's rotation. In Portland, he will become a backup to Blazers star rookie Damian Lillard.
Maynor, a 2009 first-round pick, averaged 2.8 points in 37 games this season.
