The Phoenix Suns have traded backup point guard Sebastian Telfair to the Toronto Raptors for center Hamed Haddadi and a second-round pick, league sources told ESPN The Magazine's Chris Broussard.
Joining his seventh team, Telfair is averaging 6.0 points and 2.5 assists in 46 games this season.
The 7-foot-2 Haddadi has played just 13 games this season, averaging 1.2 points and 1.8 rebounds.
