San Antonio Spurs forward LaMarcus Aldridge will not play Wednesday against the Dallas Mavericks because of right shoulder soreness.
Aldridge is averaging 18.8 points and a team-leading 7.5 rebounds per game this season.
The Spurs (24-32) enter Wednesday's contest 3½ games behind the Memphis Grizzlies (28-29) for the No. 8 spot in the Western Conference.
