Free-agent guard Arron Afflalo has agreed to a one-year, $2.3 million deal with the Orlando Magic, league sources told ESPN.
Afflalo spent the past season with the Sacramento Kings and brings a mature presence to a developing Magic roster.
Orlando president Jeff Weltman and general manager John Hammond have history with Afflalo, whom they helped draft to the Detroit Pistons in 2007.
Afflalo, 31, averaged a career best 18.2 points for the Magic in the 2013-14 season. In 10 NBA seasons, including stops in Detroit, Denver, Orlando, Portland and New York, Afflalo has averaged 11.3 points.
