Sept. 21 update
3:55 p.m. ET: Metta World Peace has agreed to return to the Los Angeles Lakers on a one-year deal, he told ESPN's Ramona Shelburne. After playing in China in 2014, World Peace returned to the NBA last season, appearing in 35 games and averaging 5.0 points and 2.5 rebounds in limited action. The Lakers also announced the signing of forward Thomas Robinson.
Sept. 7 update
5:58 p.m. ET: The Philadelphia 76ers have re-signed free-agent forward Elton Brand, bringing back a veteran who played 17 games and averaged 4.1 points with Philadelphia last season. Brand, 37, hasn't averaged more than 20 minutes per game since 2012-13.
Aug. 29 update
8:16 a.m. ET: Free agent Ty Lawson confirmed to ESPN's Josina Anderson that he has agreed to a one-year deal with the Sacramento Kings. The unrestricted free-agent point guard signed with the Indiana Pacers in March after being bought out by the Houston Rockets. He averaged 4.9 points and 4.4 assists in 13 regular-season games for Indiana after the deal.
Aug. 23 updates
12:07 a.m. ET: The Milwaukee Bucks have signed free-agent guard Jason Terry, the team announced Monday. Terms were not disclosed. The 17-year NBA veteran spent the past two seasons with Houston. Terry played in 72 games, including seven starts, with the Rockets last season, averaging 5.9 points, 1.4 assists and 1.1 rebounds in 17.5 minutes per game.

12:03 p.m. ET: Paul Pierce has decided to return to the NBA for a 19th season, league sources told the Orange County Register. Pierce has debated whether to retire or play a second season with the LA Clippers.
11:43 a.m. ET: The Los Angeles Lakers are finalizing a deal to bring China star Yi Jianlian back to the NBA. Sources told ESPN that the Lakers and Yi have agreed to terms and are in the latter stages of cementing a one-year deal in the $8 million range for the veteran forward to return to the NBA for the first time since the 2011-12 season.
Aug. 11 update
5:42 p.m. ET: LeBron James has agreed to a three-year, $100 million contract with the NBA champion Cleveland Cavaliers, agent Rich Paul told ESPN. The salary in the first year of the deal will be $31 million, making James the highest-paid player in the NBA for the first time in his career. The salary for the 2017-18 season will top $33 million, making him the highest-paid player in a single season in league history, topping the $33 million Michael Jordan earned with the Chicago Bulls in the 1997-98 season.
Aug. 4 update
12:45 a.m. ET: Russell Westbrook and the Oklahoma City Thunder have reached an agreement in principle on a new contract potentially worth $85.7 million over the next three seasons, league sources told ESPN. The deal includes a player option that would allow Westbrook to still become a free agent after the 2017-18 season.

2:28 p.m. ET: The Cleveland Cavaliers have agreed to a one-year, $1.5 million (veteran's minimum) deal to re-sign James Jones, sources told ESPN's Brian Windhorst. Jones, who will be entering his 14th season, played in 48 games last year, averaging 3.7 points and shooting 40 percent from the field.
July 29 update
7:53 p.m. ET: The Golden State Warriors are inviting veteran center JaVale McGee to training camp in a bid to address their need for a rim protector, according to league sources. Sources said the Warriors will sign McGee to a make-good contract for the chance to make their 15-man roster in October.
July 28 updates
6:06 p.m. ET: Free agent David Lee is joining the San Antonio Spurs, according to agent Mark Bartelstein. The former All-Star is signing a two-year, $3.2 million deal with the Spurs with a player option for Year 2, Bartelstein told ESPN. Lee, 33, split last season between Boston and Dallas after winning a title with Golden State the year before.
4:30 p.m. ET: The Washington Wizards have re-signed reserve guard Marcus Thornton. General manager Ernie Grunfeld callled Thornton "a proven veteran who gives us experience and scoring off the bench and will add depth at the 2-guard position."
July 26 update
4:30 p.m. ET: Restricted free agent Maurice Harkless has signed a new four-year, $42 million deal to stay with the Portland Trail Blazers, his agent told ESPN.com's Marc Stein. The Blazers' signing of Harkless follows Monday's contract extension with reigning NBA Most Improved Player C.J. McCollum,
4:07 p.m. ET: Amar'e Stoudemire has signed a contract with the New York Knicks and subsequently announced his retirement from the NBA, the team announced. In 14 seasons for the Knicks, Phoenix Suns, Dallas Mavericks and Miami Heat, Stoudemire averaged 18.9 points and 7.8 rebounds in 846 career games. Stoudemire, 33, announced that he will play in Israel next season.
July 25 updates
3:05 p.m. ET: The Miami Heat and free agent guard Dion Waiters have agreed to a two-year contract worth $6 million with a player option in the second year of the deal, as first reported Monday by The Vertical and confirmed by ESPN. Waiters averaged 9.8 points for the Oklahoma City Thunder last season.
1:34 p.m. ET: The Portland Trail Blazers and the NBA's reigning Most Improved Player C.J. McCollum have reached an agreement on a four-year extension worth $106 million, ESPN's Ramona Shelburne confirmed. McCollum averaged career highs of 20.8 points, 3.2 rebounds and 4.3 assists in 80 games last season.
July 23 update
11:17 a.m. ET: The Boston Celtics will sign free-agent swingman Gerald Green, and have agreed to a deal with restricted free agent Tyler Zeller sources confirmed to ESPN. The news of Green's signing was first reported by the Sporting News, while Zeller's news was first reported by the Boston Herald.Green is expected to ink a one-year deal with the team that originally selected him with the No. 18 pick in the 2005 draft.
July 21 updates
1:17 p.m. ET: Alonzo Gee will return to the New Orleans Pelicans, his agency, Priority Sports, announced on Thursday. Gee is expected to sign a one-year deal, as first reported by The Vertical. New Orleans has also officially announced the free-agent signings of Solomon Hill, E'Twaun Moore and Langston Galloway.
12:33 p.m. ET: The Indiana Pacers have announced the signing of free-agent guard Aaron Brooks. An eight-year veteran, Brooks averaged 7.1 points and 2.6 assists per game last season in a reserve role for the Chicago Bulls.
July 20 updates
5:23 p.m. ET: The Chicago Bulls have signed three-year veteran guard Isaiah Canaan, the team announced. Terms of the contract were not released. Canaan spent most of the past two seasons with the Philadelphia 76ers and averaged a career-high 11.0 points per game last season while shooting 36 percent from the field and just over 36 percent from long range.
10:26 a.m. ET: The Los Angeles Clippers have signed forward Brandon Bass, who joins them after playing last season for the Los Angeles Lakers, averaging 7.2 points, 4.3 rebounds and 1.1 assists in 66 games off the bench.
July 19 updates
1:07 a.m. ET: The Oklahoma City Thunder have rescinded guard Dion Waiters' $6.8 million qualifying offer, making him an unrestricted free agent, the team confirmed to ESPN's Royce Young. Waiters could have accepted the qualifying offer at any point, and it would have become a guaranteed one-year deal.
12:55 a.m. ET: Veteran sharpshooter Mike Miller is nearing agreement on a two-year deal in the $6 million range to return to the Denver Nuggets, league sources tell ESPN's Marc Stein. Miller, 36, played last season in Denver after spending four of the previous five seasons alongside close friend LeBron James in Miami and Cleveland.
July 18 updates
1:50 p.m. ET: LeBron James has informed the Cleveland Cavaliers he will re-sign with the reigning NBA champions this summer but still has no timetable for negotiating or signing a deal, sources told ESPN's Brian Windhorst. James is one of several members of the Cavs from last season's championship team who remain unsigned, including J.R. Smith and head coach Tyronn Lue.
12:29 p.m. ET: Restricted free agent big man Miles Plumlee is re-signing with the Milwaukee Bucks on a four-year deal worth $52 million, according to his agent. Plumlee averaged 5.1 points and 3.8 rebounds in 61 games with the Bucks last season.
July 15 updates
8:09 p.m. ET: The Cleveland Cavaliers announced they have traded little-used big man Sasha Kaun to the Philadelphia 76ers, a move that created room on the roster for the Cavs to sign center Chris Andersen in a separate deal, multiple sources confirmed to ESPN. The Andersen signing was first reported by The Vertical. Friday's trade sends Kaun and his $1.3 million guaranteed salary for 2016-17 to Philadelphia along with cash considerations, with Cleveland receiving the draft rights to Chukwudiebere Maduabum in return.
5:53 p.m. ET: The Philadelphia 76ers have signed international prospect Dario Saric two years after they acquired his rights on a draft-night deal in 2014. The 22-year-old Saric, a 6-foot-10, 243-pound power forward, was named MVP of the 2016 FIBA Olympic Qualifying Tournament after averaging 14 points, 10 rebounds and two assists for his native Croatia.
July 14 updates
7:58 p.m. ET: The San Antonio Spurs completed a flurry of moves Thursday by signing backcourt mainstay Manu Ginobili to a one-year deal at an estimated $14 million, according to league sources. The Spurs announced the re-signing of Ginobili on Thursday night after first using their salary-cap space to sign former All-Star center Pau Gasol, Latvian import Davis Bertans, rookie Dejounte Murray, big man Dewayne Dedmon and young guards Ryan Arcidiacono and Bryn Forbes.
6:36 p.m. ET: The Dallas Mavericks have agreed to a two-year deal for the minimum salary with power forward Quincy Acy, according to a league source. The deal does not include any options for the second season. Acy, 25, is a four-year veteran with career averages of 4.5 points and 3.6 rebounds per game in limited roles with the Toronto Raptors, New York Knicks and Sacramento Kings.
6:20 p.m. ET: Free-agent forward Terrence Jones has agreed to sign a one-year contract with the New Orleans Pelicans, according to league sources. The Pelicans, as it stands, can offer only a one-year minimum contract, but sources say New Orleans is working to create sufficient financial wiggle room to get Jones' 2016-17 into the $1.5 million range.
6:13 p.m. ET: Anderson Varejao has agreed to return to the Golden State Warriors, according to league sources. Sources told ESPN.com that the Warriors and Varejao are close to finalizing a one-year deal that will bring the Brazilian back to Oakland after Golden State signed the longtime former Cleveland Cavalier in March.
1:10 p.m. ET: The Brooklyn Nets have agreed with free agent Anthony Bennett on a two-year deal worth the veteran's minimum, sources confirmed. Bennett, the No. 1 overall pick by the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2013, averaged 1.5 points and 1.2 rebounds per game with the Toronto Raptors in 2015-16. Brooklyn also reached deals Thursday with free agents Randy Foye and Joe Harris, according to reports.
July 13 updates
2:40 p.m. ET: The Minnesota Timberwolves agreed to terms with free agent forward Jordan Hill on a two-year, $8 million contract, according to reports. Hill averaged 8.8 points and 6.2 rebounds for the Indiana Pacers last year.
July 12 updates
2:03 p.m. ET: The Detroit Pistons have signed center Boban Marjanovic to a three-year, $21 million contract. Detroit announced the deal Tuesday after the San Antonio Spurs didn't match Detroit's offer for the restricted free agent.
1:58 p.m. ET: The Brooklyn Nets reached a one-year contract agreement with veteran forward Luis Scola, a source confirmed. Scola, 36, started 76 games for the Toronto Raptors last season, averaging 8.7 points and shooting 40.4 percent from 3-point range.
12:27 p.m. ET: The New York Knicks have agreed to a one-year deal with Sasha Vujacic for the veteran's minimum, league sources confirm to ESPN. Vujacic, a nine-year vet, averaged 4.9 points per game on 38 percent shooting last season, his first with the Knicks.
12:40 a.m. ET: Free agent forward Kris Humphries has agreed to a one-year, $4 million deal to remain with the Atlanta Hawks, league sources tell The Vertical. The 12-year veteran confirmed the deal on Twitter.
July 11 updates
6:46 p.m. ET: The Atlanta Hawks and point guard Jarrett Jack have agreed on a one-year contract for next season. Jack will back up starter Dennis Schroder. The Hawks needed an established point guard after trading Jeff Teague before the draft. The Hawks will be Jack's eighth team in 12 seasons.
2:52 p.m. ET: Jared Sullinger announced on Twitter that he will be joining the Toronto Raptors. Sullinger had a $4.4 million qualifying offer rescinded by the Boston Celtics last week.
10:19 a.m. ET: San Antonio Spurs power forward Tim Duncan is calling it a career. Duncan, who turned 40 in April, announced Monday that he is retiring from the NBA after 19 seasons, all with San Antonio.
July 10 updates
5:17 p.m. ET: Restricted free agent Allen Crabbe confirmed that the Portland Trail Blazers have matched the Brooklyn Nets' four-year, $75 million offer sheet, keeping the fourth-year shooting guard in Portland. The Blazers have also retained fellow restricted free agent Meyers Leonard, signing the forward to a reported four-year, $41 million deal Sunday.
12:38 p.m. ET: Free agent forward James Johnson has signed a one-year, $4 million deal with the Miami Heat, his agent Mark Bartelstein tells ESPN's Marc Stein. The team also re-signed veteran Udonis Haslem to an identical deal.
12:31 p.m. ET: The Miami Heat have added free agent shooting guard Wayne Ellington on a 2-year deal worth $12 million. Ellington, 28, averaged 7.7 points per game for the Brooklyn Nets last season.

06:43 a.m. ET: Free-agent forward Derrick Williams announced that he has agreed to sign with the Heat. A person with direct knowledge of the negotiations confirmed the one-year deal to The Associated Press. The person spoke on condition of anonymity Friday because neither side had announced the terms. 2:55 p.m. ET: The Golden State Warriors re-signed James Michael McAdoo to a one-year deal for the league minimum $980,431, The Undefeated's Marc J. Spears reports. McAdoo played sparingly in his second NBA season, averaging 2.9 points and 1.4 rebounds.
11:45 a.m. ET: The Los Angeles Clippers signed Marreese Speights to a multiyear contract, The Undefeated's Marc J. Spears reports. The 6-foot-10, 255-pounder averaged 7.1 points and 3.3 rebounds last season for Golden State.

11:48 p.m. ET: The Brooklyn Nets signed Portland Trail Blazers restricted free agent Allen Crabbe to a four-year, $75 million offer sheet, sources told ESPN on Thursday. The Crabbe offer sheet was first reported by The Vertical and confirmed by ESPN.
9:42 p.m. ET: With the Golden State Warriors relinquishing their rights to free-agent center Festus Ezeli to make room for Kevin Durant, the Trail Blazers signed Ezeli to a two-year, $15.2 million deal on Thursday night. It was first reported by The Vertical and confirmed by The Undefeated.
4:30 p.m. ET: Kevin Durant is officially a member of the Golden State Warriors. Flanked by coach Steve Kerr and general manager Bob Myers, the former MVP and four-time scoring champ was introduced in Oakland on Thursday afternoon after signing a two-year, $54.3 million contract.

11:35 p.m. ET: Richard Jefferson has agreed to re-sign with the Cleveland Cavaliers on a two-year deal, he announced on Snapchat. Jefferson, who turned 36 on June 21, finished his 15th season by making his third career appearance in the NBA Finals. He averaged 17.9 minutes and 5.5 points in his first season in Cleveland but started Game 3 of the championship series and had nine points and eight rebounds in place of the injured Kevin Love.
10:34 p.m. ET: Mike Dunleavy has reportedly been traded to the Cleveland Cavaliers, sources told ESPN's Brian Windhorst, as part of the fallout from Wednesday's reported Dwyane Wade signing to the Chicago Bulls. The Cavs will use their trade exception and are likely to send a second-round pick or the rights to a player overseas, sources said.
9:28 p.m. ET: Dwyane Wade has decided to return to his hometown of Chicago, multiple sources are telling ESPN reporters, and will leave the Miami Heat. "He's home," said someone close to the situation, rejecting the Heat's reported two-year, $40 million offer. To make the deal work, the Bulls would have to move Jose Calderon, and sources say Chicago has found a trade partner for that deal in the Los Angeles Lakers.
6:34 p.m. ET: Langston Galloway has agreed to terms with the New Orleans Pelicans, sources told ESPN.com's Marc Stein and Ian Begley. Contract details were not immediately available. The New York Knicks recently made Galloway an unrestricted free agent when they rescinded a $2.7 million qualifying offer they had extended to the guard, clearing cap space to sign Brandon Jennings.
2:41 p.m. ET: Nene Hilario has agreed with the Houston Rockets to terms on a one-year, $2.9 million deal, according to The Undefeated's Marc J. Spears. Nene, 33, averaged 9.2 points and 4.5 rebounds in 57 games last season in Washington.
9:50 a.m. ET: Ray Allen, one of the greatest shooters in NBA history, is considering making a comeback, according to league sources. Allen's representatives recently reached out to the Golden State Warriors and Cleveland Cavaliers, sources told ESPN, about the possibility of Allen joining one of the two conference champions.
July 5 updates
8:31 p.m. ET: The Denver Nuggets' offer to Dwyane Wade is north of $50 million, league sources told ESPN's Marc Stein. The Miami Heat were more than $10 million short of Denver's offer at last report, but most league observers said they expect Wade to return to Miami.
4:39 p.m. ET: Dwyane Wade's representatives have told teams that the All-Star shooting guard is seeking a deal worth around $50 million over two years, which would leave the salary cap-strapped Miami Heat short, sources told ESPN.com. The Denver Nuggets and Chicago Bulls, in addition to the Heat, continue to be in talks with Wade, but Denver and Chicago have more cap space than Miami.
11:34 a.m. ET: The Philadelphia 76ers and shooting guard Gerald Henderson have agreed to a two-year, $18 million deal, The Vertical reported. Henderson, 28, averaged 8.7 points and 2.9 points in Portland last season.
9:22 a.m. ET: The Dallas Mavericks and Dirk Nowitzki have hammered out the framework of a new contract that sets Nowitzki up to earn $40 million over the next two seasons and play until the age of 40, league sources told ESPN's Marc Stein. The second year of the deal is likely to be a player option, sources said.
July 4 updates
8:02 p.m. ET: The Cleveland Cavaliers will not match the four-year offer sheet restricted free agent Matthew Dellavedova has agreed to with the Milwaukee Bucks that is worth $38.4 million, a source told ESPN's Dave McMenamin. The Cavaliers and the Bucks had engaged in sign-and-trade talks on Dellavedova, sources said.
7:12 p.m. ET: The Los Angeles Clippers have come to an agreement with Luc Richard Mbah a Moute for two years and $4.5 million at the biannual exception, ESPN.com reported in confirming an earlier report by The Vertical. Mbah a Moute joins fellow signees Austin Rivers, Jamal Crawford and Wesley Johnson, as L.A. has kept much of its roster intact after missing out on Kevin Durant.
5:36 p.m. ET: The New York Knicks have reached a one-year deal with Brandon Jennings for approximately $5 million. A six-year veteran, Jennings tore his left Achilles tendon in January 2015. The Jennings' addition gives the Knicks a reserve guard to back up starter Derrick Rose.
4:43 p.m. ET: The Miami Heat have made a two-year, $40 million offer to Dwyane Wade, sources told ESPN's Michael Wallace. Wade continues to draw interest from the Denver Nuggets and Milwaukee Bucks, sources also told ESPN.
4:37 p.m. ET: The Dallas Mavericks have reached a verbal agreement on a four-year, $94 million maximum deal with Harrison Barnes. The Mavs and the Golden State Warriors also have agreed to a trade that will send Andrew Bogut to Dallas, according to league sources.
2:43 p.m. ET: Pau Gasol is finalizing a two-year deal with the San Antonio Spurs worth in excess of $30 million, sources told ESPN's Marc Stein. The deal will feature a player option in the second year, sources said.
11:39 a.m. ET: Kevin Durant announced on The Players' Tribune that he is heading to the Golden State Warriors. He is expected to sign a two-year, $54.3 million contract, sources told ESPN's Marc Stein.
8:52 a.m. ET: The San Antonio Spurs and Toronto Raptors have emerged as the front-runners for Pau Gasol, while the Blazers are still in the mix, a source told ESPN's Chris Broussard.
July 3 updates
11:06 p.m. ET: Deron Williams has come to an agreement with the Dallas Mavericks for a one-year, $10 million deal, sources told ESPN's Marc Stein. Williams joined the Mavs last season after being waived by the Brooklyn Nets following the 2014-15 season. The five-time All-star averaged 14.1 points and 5.8 assists per game during his first season in Dallas.
9:57 p.m. ET: The Milwaukee Bucks still have a free-agent recruiting meeting scheduled with Dwyane Wade next week, after he returns from his European vacation, sources told ESPN's Marc Stein. The Bucks, like the New York Knicks and Chicago Bulls, don't presently have the requisite salary-cap space to sign Wade, but strong belief leaguewide remains that the Miami Heat and Wade will ultimately find a resolution. Sources told Stein that both the Bucks and Denver Nuggets are hanging around in case Wade decides it's indeed time to leave the only franchise he has ever played for.
8:20 p.m. ET: Free-agent wing Matt Barnes has agreed to join the Sacramento Kings, sources told ESPN's Marc Stein. The 36-year-old small forward embarks on his second stint in Sacramento, last playing for the franchise during the 2004-05 season.
7:38 p.m. ET: Allen Crabbe has free-agent meetings set up on Tuesday, a source told The Undefeated's Marc Spears. A former second-round pick, Crabbe finished last season averaging 10.3 points per game. The Portland Trail Blazers have the right to match any offer tendered to Crabbe, who is a restricted free agent.
6:52 p.m. ET: Rajon Rondo has agreed to a two-year, $28-million deal with the Chicago Bulls, sources told The Undefeated's Marc Spears. "I'm excited. Great organization with pieces around me that I'm excited about," Rondo told The Undefeated.
6:24 p.m. ET: Free-agent shooting guard Jamal Crawford has agreed to a three-year, $42-million deal with the Los Angeles Clippers, Crawford confirmed to ESPN. USA Today was first to report the agreement. Crawford is the only person in NBA history to win Sixth Man of the Year three times, most recently in the 2015-16 season.
5:41 p.m. ET: Sources told ESPN's Marc Stein that Kevin Durant's final meeting with the Oklahoma City Thunder in the Hamptons has ended. This is the second meeting Durant had with the Thunder, following the first on Thursday in Oklahoma City. Sources told ESPN's Chris Broussard on Saturday that Durant's decision should be made by Monday.
5:11 p.m. ET: Sources told ESPN.com that Pau Gasol has received significant interest in recent days from the Portland Trail Blazers, Minnesota Timberwolves and Toronto Raptors, in addition to the San Antonio Spurs. The Spurs are widely expected to be top contenders for Gasol if they do not win the Kevin Durant sweepstakes.
1:30 p.m. ET: The Utah Jazz accepted a trade Sunday afternoon that will send guard Trey Burke to the Washington Wizards for a 2021 second-round draft pick. NBA Insider Kevin Pelton grades the deal here.
12:35 p.m. ET: The Brooklyn Nets will give a four-year, $50 million offer sheet to Miami Heat restricted free agent guard Tyler Johnson, sources confirmed, giving Miami three days to match once Johnson can officially sign on July 7.
11:29 a.m. ET: Manu Ginobili announced on his website that he will return for a 15th NBA season. League sources told ESPN's Marc Stein that Ginobili is expected to re-sign with the San Antonio Spurs. Ginobili signed a two-year contract last summer but last month declined his player option for 2016-17 worth $2.9 million.

July 2 updates
11:48 p.m. ET: The Warriors have reached out to three-time Sixth Man winner Jamal Crawford, but things are on hold until Kevin Durant signs, according to ESPN's Ramona Shelburne. The Nets have also contacted Crawford, and sources tell ESPN's Mike Mazzeo that the free agent was disappointed with the Clippers' offer.

9:33 p.m. ET: The Clippers have formally made an offer to free agent Jamal Crawford, but the three-time NBA Sixth Man of the Year is still mulling over his options, according to ESPN's Ramona Shelburne.
8:44 p.m. ET: Eric Gordon has reached an agreement to join the Rockets on a four-year, $53 million deal, a source told ESPN's Chris Broussard. The Vertical first reported the deal. Gordon joins fellow former-Pelican Ryan Anderson in Houston.
8:12 p.m. ET: Ian Mahinmi has agreed to join the Wizards on a four-year, $64 million deal, a source told The Undefeated's Marc Spears. The Washington Post first reported the arrangement.
7:57 p.m. ET: Austin Rivers has agreed to a three-year deal with the Clippers, according to the Orange County Register's Dan Woike. The Vertical first reported the agreement. For the Clippers to sign Kevin Durant, the Clippers needed to create more cap space, suggesting L.A. is bowing out of the Durant race.
7:53 p.m. ET: The Dallas Mavericks intend to make a max offer to Golden State Warriors restricted free agent Harrison Barnes, league sources told ESPN's Marc Stein. Stein reported that Dallas understands Barnes will likely only be available if the Warriors land Kevin Durant, but the Mavs want to try anyway.
7:46 p.m. ET: Courtney Lee has agreed to four-year deal worth $48 million with the New York Knicks, sources told ESPN's Ian Begley. Basketball Insiders first reported the agreement. Begley reported that all four years are fully guaranteed.
7:15 p.m. ET: Al Horford has agreed to a four-year deal worth $113 million with the Boston Celtics, sources confirmed to ESPN's Brian Windhorst. The Vertical first reported the signing. Windhorst reported that the Hawks' offer topped out at five years and $136 million.

6:50 p.m. ET: ESPN's Marc Stein said sources indicate Sacramento and Indiana have had recent trade discussions involving Kings forward Rudy Gay. Sources also maintain that no matter what happens with Indiana, Gay is right there with Greg Monroe in terms of proven players available via trade.
4:59 p.m. ET: Free-agent forward Ryan Anderson is headed to the Houston Rockets on a four-year deal worth $80 million, his agency, Octagon, told ESPN's Marc Stein. The Rockets met with the former Pelican on Saturday afternoon and finalized the deal after a meeting that lasted nearly two hours.
3:49 p.m. ET: The Celtics called in the area's most famous athlete to help with their sales pitch to Kevin Durant. A Snapchat photo of New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady was posted on Reddit's NBA page. The snapshot showed Brady walking alongside Celtics boss Danny Ainge.
3:45 p.m. ET: Arron Afflalo has agreed to a two-year, $25 million deal with Sacramento, sources confirmed to ESPN.com's Ian Begley. The Vertical first reported the agreement with the nine-year veteran guard who played for the Knicks last season.
3:43 p.m. ET: Bismack Biyombo has agreed to a four-year deal with Orlando that is expected to land in the $70 million range, league sources told ESPN.com's Marc Stein. The Associated Press first reported the agreement with the former Raptors big man.
2:40 p.m. ET: The Knicks' offer to Courtney Lee is north of $10 million per year for four years, sources tell ESPN's Ian Begley. Many in the Knicks organization would love to see Lee sign, but New York will have competition from teams that can probably offer a contract with a higher annual value. Lee is considering other offers.
2:13 p.m. ET: The Celtics emerged encouraged after meeting with Al Horford on Friday, a league source confirmed to ESPN's Chris Forsberg. The Vertical reported Saturday that the Celtics and Wizards have emerged as front-runners for Horford.

1:19 a.m. ET: Veteran swingman Joe Johnson reached an agreement with the Utah Jazz on a two-year, $22 million deal, according to multiple reports. The agreement was first reported by Turner Sports. Johnson, 35, gives the up-and-coming Jazz a proven scorer and level-headed veteran.
