The UFC takes its signature Octagon to Music City for a 12-fight card headlined by a heavyweight showdown between Derrick Lewis and Tallison Teixeira on July 12 at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee.
Coverage begins at 6 p.m. ET on ESPN, ESPN+ and Disney+. The main card is scheduled to begin at 9.
Lewis (28-12-0) is set for his first action since dropping Rodrigo Nascimento in the third round last May. The 40-year-old New Orleans native brings the most knockouts (15) in UFC history.
He might need another to get past Teixeira. The 25-year-old rising star from Brazil enters the bout 8-0 in his mixed martial arts career, with the past seven victories coming by knockout. Teixeira, who stands at a towering 6-foot-7, defeated Justin Tafa in 35 seconds in his UFC debut in February.
