As the college basketball world prepares to learn more about the direction of the 2020-21 season on Sept. 16, when the NCAA Division I Council announces a prospective timetable for the sport's return, the transfer market churns on. While a number of traditional sit-out players have requested immediate eligibility, a process that is ongoing, we still have transfers separated into two categories: sit-out transfers and graduate transfers.

The Big South Player of the Year averaged 20.0 points, 5.1 rebounds and 5.5 assists last season, and was a first-team All-Big South selection in 2018-19. Picked Louisville over Maryland and Michigan State, among others.
2. Landers Nolley II, 6-7, 230 pounds, SF, RS Fr., Virginia Tech
Committed to Memphis
Nolley burst onto the scene with 30 points in his college debut against Clemson and then dropped 22 points against Michigan State. Averaged 15.5 points and 5.8 rebounds. Had his pick of schools, and was granted immediate eligibility to suit up for Penny Hardaway.
3. James Akinjo, 6-foot-1, 185 pounds, PG, So., Georgetown
Committed to Arizona
Akinjo was the Big East Freshman of the Year in 2018-19 and was off to a strong start as a sophomore before he abruptly left after seven games. He averaged 13.4 points and 4.4 assists this season. Was granted a waiver to play immediately for the Wildcats.
4. D.J. Carton, 6-2, 190 pounds, PG, Fr., Ohio State
Committed to Marquette
A former top-50 recruit in the 2019 class, Carton played a key role for the Buckeyes before taking a leave of absence in late January. Averaged 10.4 points and 3.0 assists. Has received a waiver to play immediately in Milwaukee.
5. Johnny Juzang, 6-6, 214 pounds, SG, Fr., Kentucky
Committed to UCLA
A top-30 recruit in 2019, Juzang didn't carve out a consistent role at Kentucky before leaving. Had the reputation of a shooter coming out of high school. Picked UCLA over Arizona, Notre Dame, Oregon, Texas Tech and Villanova. Was granted a waiver to play immediately on May 27.
6. Romello White, 6-8, 235 pounds, PF, RS Jr., Arizona State
Committed to Ole Miss
The Atlanta native started 92 games over the past three seasons for the Sun Devils and averaged 10.2 points and 8.8 rebounds last season. Vanderbilt and Georgia received some early buzz when he transferred, but White ended up with Kermit Davis in Oxford.
7. Matt Haarms, 7-3, 250 pounds, C, RS Jr., Purdue
Committed to BYU
Haarms heard from more than 25 schools within hours of entering the portal, ultimately landing in the WCC. He started 41 games over the past three seasons and is an elite shot-blocker. Averaged 8.6 points, 4.6 rebounds and 2.0 blocks last season.
8. Seth Towns, 6-7, 215 pounds, SF, Sr., Harvard
Committed to Ohio State
The 2017-18 Ivy League Player of the Year, Towns has missed the past two seasons because of knee injuries. If he's healthy, he could be the best player on this list -- especially because he should have two seasons of eligibility. Averaged 16.0 points, 5.7 rebounds and shot 44.1% from 3 in 2017-18.
9. Bryce Aiken, 6-0, 175 pounds, PG, Sr., Harvard
Committed to Seton Hall
Played only seven games in 2019-20 before missing the rest because of injury. Former first-team All-Ivy guard averaged 16.7 points this season but put up 22.2 points last season in 18 games.
10. Cartier Diarra, 6-5, 185 pounds, PG, RS Jr., Kansas State
Committed to Virginia Tech
Has been a key player for Bruce Weber's Wildcats for three seasons but had his best individual campaign last season: 13.3 points, 3.8 rebounds and 4.2 assists.
11. Marcus Santos-Silva, 6-7, 250 pounds, PF, Jr., VCU
Committed to Texas Tech
Santos-Silva, who was granted immediate eligibility, is a wide-bodied post player who averaged 12.8 points and 8.9 rebounds last season and shot 56.9% from the field.
12. Liam Robbins, 7-0, 235 pounds, C, Soph., Drake
Committed to Minnesota
Robbins lasted less than 24 hours in the transfer portal, committing to Minnesota -- which promoted his uncle, Ed Conroy, to associate head coach the day Robbins entered the portal. Could end up as the best player on this list after averaging 14.1 points, 7.1 rebounds and nearly three blocks.
12. Terrell Brown, 6-1, 175 pounds, PG, RS Jr., Seattle
Committed to Arizona
The Seattle native earned first-team All-WAC honors last season and was second-team All-WAC as a redshirt sophomore. Averaged 20.7 points, 6.2 rebounds and 4.9 assists.
13. Dimencio Vaughn, 6-5, 220 pounds, SF, RS Jr., Rider
Committed to Ole Miss
Vaughn should make an impact due to his versatility and shooting ability. Was a unanimous first-team All-MAAC selection after averaging 14.8 points, 6.6 rebounds and shooting 39.3% from 3.
14. Jordan Bruner, 6-9, 205 pounds, PF, Sr., Yale
Committed to Alabama
First-team All-Ivy selection will also test his NBA draft options. Bruner (a fifth-year player who was not permitted to return to Yale because of Ivy League rules prohibiting graduate students from participating in athletics) stuffs the stat sheet, averaging 10.9 points, 9.2 rebounds and 3.8 assists. The South Carolina native also showed an improved outside shot this season.
15. Alan Griffin, 6-5, 195 pounds, SG, Soph., Illinois
Committed to Syracuse
Numbers don't jump off the page, but he was highly, highly effective in a bench role. Averaged 8.9 points and 4.5 rebounds in just 18.1 minutes, shooting better than 41% from 3.
16. Terrell Gomez, 5-8, 160 pounds, PG, RS Jr., Cal State Northridge
Committed to San Diego State
Gomez's size could be a hindrance against tougher competition in the Mountain West, but he can really score. Averaged 19.8 points and shot 44% from 3-point range en route to first-team All-Big West honors.
17. Mike Smith, 5-11, 180 pounds, PG, Sr., Columbia
Committed to Michigan
Had been in the portal since the 2019-20 season began and put forth an impressive season for high majors to watch. Averaged 22.8 points, 4.1 rebounds and 4.5 assists. Michigan and Arizona had been linked before Smith chose the Wolverines on April 10.
18. Kevin Marfo, 6-8, 245 pounds, PF, RS Jr., Quinnipiac
Committed to Texas A&M
The nation's leading rebounder, Marfo is a dominant force on the glass and also averaged double-figure points. Averaged 10.2 points and 13.3 rebounds.
19. E.J. Anosike, 6-6, 245 pounds, PF, Jr., Sacred Heart
Committed to Tennessee
Graduating in three years after averaging a double-double this past season: 15.7 points and 11.6 rebounds. Aggressive around the rim and draws fouls at a very high clip.
20. Brandon Johnson, 6-8, 200 pounds, PF, RS Jr., Western Michigan
Committed to Minnesota
Continued to improve throughout his Western Michigan career, enjoying a breakout 2019-20 campaign: 15.4 points and 8.1 rebounds. His size and rebounding ability should make an impact in the Big Ten.
21. Amauri Hardy, 6-2, 190 pounds, G, RS Jr., UNLV
Committed to Oregon
Hardy is a very good playmaker who averaged 14.5 points, 3.3 rebounds and 3.3 assists last season. He's also the older brother of elite 2021 prospect Jaden Hardy. Has a long list of high majors on his list.
22. Holland Woods, 6-1, 180 pounds, G, Jr., Portland State
Committed to Arizona State
First-team all-conference performer as a junior will provide high-level playmaking with the Sun Devils. Averaged 17.7 points and 5.2 assists.
23. Jalen Tate, 6-6, 170 pounds, SG, RS Jr., Northern Kentucky
Committed to Arkansas
Contributes in a variety of ways, averaging 13.9 points, 5.4 rebounds and 3.6 assists. He's an adept playmaker who was also one of the best defenders in the Horizon.
24. Charles Minlend, 6-4, 208 pounds, SG, RS Jr., San Francisco
Committed to Louisville
Good size and strength should help him make an impact in the ACC. Second-team All-WCC selection averaged 14.4 points and 4.7 rebounds -- and put up 18.7 points in three WCC tourney games.
25. Justin Kier, 6-4, 197 pounds, SG, Sr., George Mason
Committed to Georgia
Played only nine games last season due to a foot injury, but averaged 14.5 points and 6.5 rebounds in 2018-19. Showed an improved jumper as his career progressed, making 45.8% of his 3s in the 2019-20 season.
26. Jeriah Horne, 6-7, 222 pounds, F, RS Jr., Tulsa
Committed to Colorado
Started his career at Nebraska before blossoming into a key player for Tulsa the past two seasons. Averaged 11.1 points and 5.2 rebounds last season and also made 56 3-pointers.
27. Justin Smith, 6-7, 230 pounds, F, Jr., Indiana
Committed to Arkansas
Smith started all 32 games last season for the Hoosiers, but he is headed to Fayetteville for his final season. Had around 20 schools reach out following his departure. Averaged 10.4 points and 5.2 rebounds.
28. Rapolas Ivanauskas, 6-10, 230 pounds, C, RS Jr., Colgate
Committed to Cincinnati
If Ivanauskas can replicate his 2018-19 shooting form -- 43.4% from 3-point range -- he will look too low in these rankings. But he dropped to 26.3% last season, still managing to average 13.1 points and 7.6 rebounds.
29. David DeJulius, 6-0, 190 pounds, G, Soph., Michigan
Committed to Cincinnati
The former ESPN 100 prospect played a key role in Juwan Howard's rotation as a sophomore, averaging 7.0 points and 1.5 assists off the bench. Picked up significant high-major interest shortly after entering the portal.
30. Rich Kelly, 6-1, 175 pounds, PG, Jr., Quinnipiac
Committed to Boston College
Left Quinnipiac just days after Marfo and generated plenty of interest. Averaged 16.7 points, 4.5 assists and shot 39.6% from 3-point range. Also shot 95.8% from the free throw line in conference play.
31. Darius Perry, 6-2, 195 pounds, PG, Jr., Louisville
Committed to UCF
Perry's role diminished as the season progressed, losing his starting job in mid-February. Improved his outside shot as his career went on, shooting above 40% in ACC play this past season. Averaged 5.2 points and 2.5 assists.
32. Patrick Tape, 6-10, 232 pounds, PF, Sr., Columbia
Committed to Duke
Tape redshirted this past season. A highly efficient offensive player, Tape averaged 11.3 points and 5.9 rebounds in 2018-19 while shooting 66.7% from the field. Committed to Duke, decommitted from the Blue Devils and then recommitted to Duke -- all in a two-week span.
33. Isaiah White, 6-7, 205 pounds, F, RS Jr., Utah Valley
Committed to USC
White drew plenty of West Coast interest after entering the transfer portal but will head to USC next season. Averaged 14.5 points and 8.4 rebounds last season, and the Trojans will hope he returns to his 2018-19 shooting form: 39.0% from 3.
34. Chevez Goodwin, 6-9, 225 pounds, RS Jr., Wofford
Committed to USC
Flew slightly under the radar when he entered the portal, but Andy Enfield and USC got a capable frontcourt piece. Averaged 11.9 points, 6.2 rebounds and 1.1 blocks.
35. Michael Ertel, 6-2, 190 pounds, SG, RS Jr., Louisiana-Monroe
Committed to UAB
The Indianapolis native earned second-team All-Sun Belt honors last season after grabbing third-team recognition as a sophomore and winning Sun Belt Freshman of the Year in 2017-18. Averaged 16.2 points and 3.3 rebounds.
36. Ray Salnave, 6-3, 205 pounds, G, RS Jr., Monmouth
Committed to DePaul
Earned second-team All-MAAC honors last season after averaging 14.5 points, 3.2 assists and shooting 36.4% from 3. Attracted interest from all levels before landing in the Big East.

High-level scorer generated interest from a number of schools after entering the transfer portal toward the end of the season. Averaged 17.1 points and 3.6 assists.

Second-team All-Southland selection this season filled up the stat sheet, averaging 19.0 points, 7.3 rebounds and 3.8 assists. Should make an immediate impact for Steve Forbes and the Demon Deacons.
39. Andrew Garcia, 6-5, 228 pounds, SG, RS Jr., Stony Brook
Committed to Georgia
Second-team All-America East selection was one of the most consistent players in the league during conference play last season. Averaged 13.4 points and 6.7 rebounds.
40. Davion Mintz, 6-3, 185 pounds, PG, Sr., Creighton
Committed to Kentucky
Mintz missed last season after suffering a high ankle sprain in the preseason and never returning to full health. Averaged 9.7 points, 3.0 rebounds and 3.0 assists in 2018-19 as a starter in Creighton's backcourt.
41. Yor Anei, 6-10, 235 pounds, C, Soph., Oklahoma State
Committed to SMU
Anei was the biggest name to leave the Cowboys following the NCAA banning them from the NCAA tournament. Should be eligible right away, with two years remaining, due to the sanctions. Averaged 8.1 points, 4.7 rebounds and 1.9 blocks.
42. Frederick Scott, 6-8, 230 pounds, F, RS Jr., Rider
Committed to Boston College
Scott averaged at least 12 points in each of the past three seasons and shot 40.0% from 3-point range in 2019-20. That shooting ability and his size should generate plenty of interest.
43. Justyn Mutts, 6-7, 220 pounds, PF, RS Soph., Delaware
Committed to Virginia Tech
The fact Mutts was eligible immediately and still had two years to play was a huge boost for his recruitment. Averaged 12.2 points and 8.4 rebounds last season.
44. Tahj Eaddy, 6-2, 165 pounds, G, RS Jr., Santa Clara
Committed to USC
Averaged 15.0 points as a sophomore before dropping back to 9.1 points and 2.1 assists this past season. Finished the season strong, however, including a 20-point, five-assist outing against Saint Mary's.

One of the best shooters on the West Coast, Flavors buried 43.9% of his 3-pointers en route to averaging 13.5 points and 3.5 rebounds.

Johnson finished the season on a tear, hitting double figures in each of his 11 games and scoring at least 20 in three of his last six. Averaged 13.5 points and shot 41.1% from 3.

Started his career at UConn before heading back West and will now end things in the SEC. Jackson has good size and has always been an effective offensive player. Averaged 11.1 points and 5.3 rebounds.

Committed to Iowa State
Received a sixth year of eligibility from the NCAA earlier this spring, and will play it for the Cyclones. Averaged 11.1 points and is known for his shooting prowess, although his percentages wouldn't back that up.
49. Jair Bolden, 6-3, 215 pounds, SG, RS Jr., South Carolina
Committed to Butler
Bolden was a consistent contributor for South Carolina last season, averaging 8.5 points and shooting better than 41% from 3-point range. Averaged 11.2 points in 2017-18 at George Washington.
50. Payton Willis, 6-4, 200 pounds, SG, RS Jr., Minnesota
Committed to Charleston
Played more than 30 minutes a game for a team that was fighting for an NCAA tournament berth until the final weeks. Averaged 8.9 points, 3.6 rebounds and 2.0 assists. Started his career at Vanderbilt.

Played in 21 games before suffering a foot injury, but averaged 15.7 points and 2.4 assists while healthy. Freak athlete improved as a 3-point shooter during his sophomore campaign, and also had six games of 24 or more points.

Committed to Oregon
An underrated player nationally, Figueroa will make an immediate impact in the Pac-12 if he can graduate this summer. Very good scorer and has consistent perimeter range. Averaged 14.5 points and 4.5 rebounds, while shooting 36.5% from 3.
5. Tyrese Martin, 6-6, 205 pounds, SF, Soph., Rhode Island
Committed to UConn
Talented forward who crashes the offensive glass and has some perimeter touch picked UConn over Seton Hall, Oregon, Ole Miss and Georgia. Averaged 12.8 points and 7.1 rebounds.
6. Trey McGowens, 6-4, 190 pounds, G, Soph., Pittsburgh
Committed to Nebraska
McGowens struggled to score during much of ACC play but is a very good passer and filled it up during the first half of the season. Had 24 points against both Louisville and North Carolina. Is the older brother of Florida State commit Bryce McGowens. Averaged 11.5 points and 3.6 assists.
7. Javon Freeman-Liberty, 6-3, 175 pounds, G, Soph., Valparaiso
Committed to DePaul
First-team All-Missouri Valley guard chose the Blue Demons over initial suitors including Oregon, Arkansas, Marquette, Georgia and BYU. Averaged 19.0 points, 6.1 rebounds and 3.2 assists.
8. Adam Kunkel, 6-3, 165 pounds, SG, Soph., Belmont
Committed to Xavier
Long rumored to potentially leave Belmont, Kunkel finally made the move in July. Earned first-team All-Ohio Valley honors and helped lead the Bruins to the NCAA tournament. Averaged 16.5 points and shot 39.0% from 3.
9. Kobe King, 6-4, 205 pounds, SG, Soph., Wisconsin
King left Wisconsin after 19 games despite starting all 19. Committed to Nebraska in late February, but left the Cornhuskers in June. Averaged 10.0 points and 2.8 rebounds.
10. Luther Muhammad, 6-3, 185 pounds, G, Soph., Ohio State
Committed to Arizona State
Started 56 games over the past two seasons for the Buckeyes before announcing his departure in early April. Two-way player averaged 7.0 points last season, making nearly 35% of his 3s.
11. Jamarius Burton, 6-4, 200 pounds, SG, Soph., Wichita State
Committed to Texas Tech
Burton contributed in a number of ways this past season for Wichita State, and opposing coaches have highlighted his toughness. Averaged 10.3 points, 3.5 rebounds and 3.4 assists.
12. DeAndre Williams, 6-9, 190 pounds, F, Soph., Evansville
Committed to Memphis
Houston native averaged 15.2 points and 6.9 rebounds as a sophomore. Also entered the NBA draft process but will be a key figure at Memphis if he heads back to college.
13. Erik Stevenson, 6-3, 198 pounds, SG, Soph., Wichita State
Committed to Washington
Stevenson averaged 11.1 points and 4.7 rebounds this past season for the Shockers and is returning to his home state to play for Mike Hopkins and Washington. Will provide a boost as a scorer.
14. Chaundee Brown, 6-5, 220 pounds, SF, Jr., Wake Forest
Committed to Michigan
Brown is a productive, strong wing who averaged 12.1 points and 6.5 rebounds last season for the Demon Deacons. Is also going through the NBA draft process but would be a sit-one, play-one if the transfer rules aren't changed.
15. Trey Murphy III, 6-8, 200 pounds, SF, Soph., Rice
Committed to Virginia
Murphy generated a wide array of interest due to his size and shooting ability. At 6-8, Murphy shot 36.2% from 3 as a sophomore but knocked down nearly 44% of his perimeter jumpers as a freshman. Averaged 13.7 points and 5.5 rebounds.
16. Bo Hodges, 6-5, 210 pounds, SG, Jr., East Tennessee State
Committed to Butler
First-team All-SoCon pick averaged 12.7 points and 5.8 rebounds last season after leading the Buccaneers to a 30-4 record. Several high-major programs were in the mix before Hodges landed with the Bulldogs.
17. Elijah Olaniyi, 6-5, 203 pounds, SG, Jr., Stony Brook
Committed to Miami
First-team All-America East guard was one of the best players in the league at both ends of the floor, grabbing rebounds and racking up steals, in addition to scoring. Averaged 18.0 points and 6.5 boards.
18. Trey Wertz, 6-5, 185 pounds, G, Soph., Santa Clara
Committed to Notre Dame
Averaged 11.9 points and 3.9 assists while shooting 40% from 3-point range -- but has a school list as good as anyone in the country. North Carolina, Arizona, Oklahoma, Ohio State, Notre Dame, Virginia and Butler remain.

Committed to Penn State
Put up big-time numbers in the America East last season, averaging 19.4 points, 5.0 rebounds and 4.8 assists. Earned second-team all-league honors despite Binghamton finishing 4-12 in league play.
22. Joshua Morgan, 6-11, 195 pounds, C, Fr., Long Beach State
Committed to USC
The Defensive Player of the Year in the Big West, Morgan is a high-ceiling big man who could be poised for a breakout campaign. Averaged 8.4 points, 6.1 rebounds and 2.5 blocks.
23. Blake Hinson, 6-7, 229 pounds, SG, Soph., Ole Miss
Committed to Iowa State
Hinson started 58 games over the past two seasons for the Rebels, showing flashes of his scoring ability. Averaged 10.1 points and 4.6 rebounds last season, including six games of 15-plus points.
24. Alonzo Gaffney, 6-9, 198 pounds, F, Fr., Ohio State
Committed to Northwest Florida State JC
A former top-50 recruit in the 2019 class, Gaffney played only 17 games as a freshman, averaging 1.8 points and 1.4 rebounds. But he showed plenty of talent just a year ago at the high school level and will likely be a sought-after JC transfer.

LeBlanc, a bouncy forward from Baton Rouge, is returning home to play for Will Wade and the Tigers. He averaged 9.1 points and 7.3 rebounds as a freshman but saw his role take a hit in 2019-20, though he still averaged 7.2 points and 1.3 blocks in six games.
3. Carte'are Gordon, 6-foot-9, 230 pounds, PF, So., DePaul
Committed to Grambling
Gordon left Saint Louis for DePaul in January 2019, then left DePaul in August without playing a game. The former ESPN 100 prospect averaged 8.9 points, 4.1 rebounds and 1.8 blocks in 13 games last season.
4. Zack Bryant, 6-foot-2, 195 pounds, SG, Jr., UAB
Committed to Georgia Southern
Following a productive first two seasons at UAB, Bryant was dismissed from the team in December after three games. He averaged 14.9 points and 3.9 assists last season.
5. Dahmir Bishop, 6-foot-5, 178 pounds, SG, Fr., Xavier
Committed to Saint Joseph's
A four-star prospect coming out of high school, Bishop saw his minutes decrease in December. Only a freshman, he showed scoring ability as a member of the 2019 class and headed back to the Philadelphia area. He recorded 1.6 points and 2.5 rebounds in 10 games.
6. Devonaire Doutrive, 6-foot-5, 180 pounds, SG, So., Arizona
Committed to Boise State
Doutrive was dismissed from the program early in the 2019-20 season. He opened the season with 12 points against San Jose State but totaled seven points in his next two games.
7. Deshawn Corprew, 6-foot-5, 210 pounds, SF, RS So., Texas Tech
The well-traveled Corprew was suspended last June and left the program in September. He's talented and versatile and averaged 5.0 points for the national championship runner-up in 2018-19.
8. Mario McKinney Jr., 6-foot-2, 185 pounds, SG, Fr., Missouri
Committed to John Logan College (Illinois)
A four-star recruit coming out of high school, McKinney lasted only seven games at Missouri before transferring. He'll play in junior college and then look to get back to Division I. McKinney averaged 2.6 points and 1.6 rebounds.
9. Amanze Ngumezi, 6-foot-9, 235 pounds, PF, So., Georgia
Committed to Jacksonville State
Ngumezi got off to a strong start in 2019-20, scoring 16 points in a win over Delaware State. He was suspended indefinitely in early December and then entered the transfer portal just before Christmas. He averaged 6.1 points and 2.4 rebounds in seven games.
10. Samari Curtis, 6-foot-4, 190 pounds, SG, Fr., Nebraska
Committed to Evansville
Curtis made his fourth commitment when he landed at Evansville. Once committed to Xavier and Cincinnati, Curtis played only eight games before leaving Nebraska. He averaged 1.8 points.

1. Sam Hauser, 6-foot-8, 225 pounds, PF, RS Jr., Virginia (from Marquette)
The older Hauser has only one year left to play but has all-ACC potential once eligible in 2020-21. He averaged 14.9 points and 7.2 rebounds in 2018-19 while shooting 40.2% from 3.
2. Joey Hauser, 6-foot-9, 230 pounds, PF, RS So., Michigan State (from Marquette)
The former top-50 recruit and brother of Sam Hauser (see above) has two years left to play. Joey has played only one season of college basketball but already used part of a redshirt year in 2017-18 and would have to be granted a medical waiver to play beyond 2021-22. He was inconsistent down the stretch in 2018-19, but he still averaged 9.7 points and 5.3 rebounds and shot 42.5% from 3. He had a waiver request to play in 2019-20 denied -- much to Tom Izzo's chagrin.
3. David Jenkins, 6-foot-2, 200 pounds, SG, RS So., UNLV (from South Dakota State)
After playing second fiddle to Mike Daum, the big-time scorer (19.7 PPG, 45.3 3PT%) left following coach T.J. Otzelberger's departure for UNLV last offseason ... and ended up back with Otzelberger in Vegas.
4. Jahvon Quinerly, 6-foot-1, 175 pounds, PG, RS Fr., Alabama (from Villanova)
A five-star prospect in 2018, Quinerly didn't beat Collin Gillespie for a starting role, then struggled for most of his freshman season at Villanova in 2018-19. He averaged 3.2 points and did not receive a waiver to play immediately.
5. Anthony Duruji, 6-foot-7, 215 pounds, SF, RS So., Florida (from Louisiana Tech)
One of the best pure athletes in this group of transfers, Duruji averaged 12.2 points and 6.2 rebounds in 2018-19.
6. Jordan Brown, 6-foot-11, 210 pounds, PF, RS Fr., Arizona (from Nevada)
Despite being a McDonald's All American in 2018, Brown played behind Jordan Caroline and Trey Porter for the Wolf Pack in 2018-19 and left following the coaching change in Reno. He averaged 3.0 points and 2.1 rebounds.
7. Joel Ntambwe, 6-foot-9, 210 pounds, F, RS Fr., Texas Tech (from UNLV)
Ntambwe chose the Red Raiders over UConn and Nebraska. He averaged 11.8 points and 5.5 rebounds in 2018-19 and shot 38.6% from 3-point range. He had a waiver request to play immediately denied.
8. Eric Williams Jr., 6-foot-6, 205 pounds, F, RS So., Oregon (from Duquesne)
It didn't take long for Williams to drum up a list of big-time schools, and he chose the Ducks over Missouri. He averaged 14.0 points and 7.6 rebounds.
9. Jaylen Fisher, 6-foot-2, 195 pounds, PG, RS Jr., Grand Canyon (from TCU)
Fisher struggled with injuries the past two seasons and played only nine games before leaving the Horned Frogs in 2018-19. He averaged 12.1 points and shot 44.1% from 3.
10. D.J. Harvey, 6-foot-6, 225 pounds, SG, RS So., Vanderbilt (from Notre Dame)
A former top-50 prospect, Harvey had a solid sophomore season in 2018-19 and enough name cachet to land in the SEC. He averaged 10.7 points and 4.2 rebounds.

Omoruyi pulled a surprising move by leaving Rutgers in late May. He was very productive in 2018-19 for the Scarlet Knights, averaging 13.8 points and 7.2 rebounds.

One of the most productive players in college basketball in 2018-19, Cole will look to translate his numbers at a higher level in the Big East. He averaged 21.4 points, 4.1 rebounds and 6.4 assists.
13. Justice Sueing, 6-foot-7, 215 pounds, SF, RS So., Ohio State (from California)
Cal's leading scorer and rebounder in 2018-19, Sueing started a mass exodus shortly after the Golden Bears replaced coach Wyking Jones with Mark Fox. He averaged 14.3 points and 6.0 rebounds.
14. Caleb Daniels, 6-foot-4, 205 pounds, SG, RS So., Villanova (from Tulane)
Daniels left after the Green Wave fired Mike Dunleavy Sr. and hired Ron Hunter. He averaged 16.9 points and 3.3 assists in 2018-19. The early buzz on Daniels out of Villanova has been positive.
15. Takal Molson, 6-foot-5, 205 pounds, SG, RS So., Seton Hall (from Canisius)
One of the better two-way players in the MAAC, Molson averaged 16.9 points and 5.4 rebounds in 2018-19. He will help replace Myles Powell's scoring next season.
16. Cormac Ryan, 6-foot-5, 190 pounds, SG, RS Fr., Notre Dame (from Stanford)
Ryan entered college with the reputation as a perimeter shooter but struggled to make shots as a freshman. He still averaged 8.7 points and 3.5 rebounds in 2018-19.
17. Thomas Allen, 6-foot-1, 184 pounds, SG, RS So., NC State (from Nebraska)
Allen averaged 8.7 points and played more than 30 minutes per game for the Cornhuskers in 2018-19, but he chose to transfer and play his final two seasons closer to home.
18. Darius McNeill, 6-foot-3, 182 pounds, SG, RS So., SMU (from California)
The Houston native averaged 11.0 points and shot 34.9% from 3-point range in 2018-19.

Honor was a coveted transfer after averaging 15.3 points and 3.0 assists in 2018-19, and he landed in the ACC. He has three years left to play.

The freshman of the year in the Big South, Flagler averaged 15.9 points and shot 38.2% from 3-point range in 2018-19.

It's no surprise that Easley had high-major interest, choosing TCU from a group of suitors that included Washington State. He has three years to play, averaged 14.2 points and 6.7 rebounds, and shot 39.7% from 3 with the Mocs in 2018-19.
23. Nysier Brooks, 6-foot-11, 240 pounds, C, RS Jr., Miami (Fla.) (from Cincinnati)
Brooks is a sit-one, play-one addition in Coral Gables, but he was very effective as a defender and rebounder in Cincinnati's system. He averaged 8.1 points, 6.3 rebounds and 1.5 blocks in 2018-19.
24. Noah Horchler, 6-foot-8, 210 pounds, PF, RS Jr., Providence (from North Florida)
Horchler has only one year left to play, but he had no shortage of suitors after averaging 16.0 points and 9.3 rebounds in 2018-19.

Horton is an outstanding outside shooter who totaled 73 points in his final three games last season. He shot 40.9% from 3 and averaged 13.2 points as a freshman in 2018-19.

The best of a number of Cleveland State transfers, Appleby committed to Florida soon after leaving CSU in early July 2019. He averaged 17.2 points and 5.6 assists.
27. Desmond Cambridge, 6-foot-4, 180 pounds, SG, RS So., Nevada (from Brown)
Cambridge put up big numbers in the first two-thirds of 2018-19, including 30-plus points on three occasions, before tapering off late in the season. He averaged 15.7 points.

The athletic lefty guard had a consistent rotation role in his two seasons at Oregon. He averaged 7.4 points and shot 39.8% from 3-point range in 2018-19.

The versatile backcourt player put up 15.5 points, 6.2 rebounds and 3.4 assists as a sophomore in 2018-19. He chose Arkansas over the likes of Oklahoma State and Kansas State.

It was not a huge surprise to see Banton end up at the high-major level, despite his middling numbers (3.4 points, 3.0 rebounds, 2.1 assists) in 2018-19. He has good size and playmaking ability.

Shaver was one of the few bright spots for Portland in 2018-19, averaging 14.8 points. He also shot 40% from 3-point range in WCC play.
