Tamil Thalaivas went all out at the auctions as they brought in one of PKL's most formidable and proven performers - Pawan Kumar Sehrawat for a staggering Rs 2.26 crore.
Pawan - the best raider across the last three PKL seasons - is now the most expensive player in the League's history and will shoulder the side's scoring duties. He will be ably supported by Ajinkya Pawar, who scored 108 raid points in the 18 matches in the previous season for the Thalaivas.

Meanwhile, young defender Sagar will once again look to make an impact. He was the second-best defender last season, earning 82 tackle points from 22 matches.
