Lehman serves up her favorites

Each weekday, ESPN RISE brings you five vital stats from athletes across the country.

Alex Lehman knows what it takes to be a tennis star. The John Burroughs (St. Louis) senior has won three Class 1 state championships and is ranked No. 1 in the state by TennisRecruiting.net. She will continue her playing career at Harvard. Before jetting off to college, she is here to share her five favorite tennis players.

1. Roger Federer
"He's so composed in everything he does. Technically he's more sound than everyone, and he can pretty much hit any shot he wants to. Whether or not he wins, he's just steady. It's always fun to watch him pull of ridiculous shots."

2. Serena Williams
"She has a huge game for a girl. Huge forehand, moves really well and is really strong. She has a different game from any other girl. It's really aggressive. She changed what women's tennis looks like."

3. Ana Ivanovic
"She seems really composed on the court. She seems really humble too. She has a lot of potential and really plays with a good attitude."

4. Novak Djokovic
"He's just really funny. A lot of people hate him because they think he's cocky. But I think he's always entertaining to watch. He's making the game a little more fun."

5. Monica Seles
"She was totally dominant in her time. After her accident, she still came back and fought and was pretty successful with everything that happened. I watched her play live, and it's really cool."
