Each weekday, ESPN RISE brings you five vital stats from athletes across the country.

On the heels of a junior season in which he went undefeated at 130 pounds and won his third state title, Brandon (Fla.) wrestler Eric Grajales was one of two high schooler wrestlers to make the U.S. Olympic Trials this past summer. Now a senior, Grajales offers up the top five song that get him through a grueling workout.

1. "Eye of the Tiger" -- Survivor
"It's a classic; it's from 'Rocky.' Whenever I hear it, it gets my adrenaline pumping. It makes me think of working hard and getting better."

2. "Master of Puppets" -- Metallica
"I'm a big Metallica fan and it's a pretty fast song. I like warming up to it."

3. "Wait and Bleed" -- Slipknot
"It's a little harder. It's a pretty hard rock song. I don't listen to a lot of stuff that hard, but I like it."

4. "I'm Yours" -- Jason Mraz and 5. "Hey There Delilah" -- Plain White T's
"They aren't the kind of songs you'd think I'd like to warm up to, but they're both inside jokes between me and my teammates."
