Bennett is ready for George Mason

Each weekday, ESPN RISE brings you five vital stats from athletes across the country.

St. Patrick High (Elizabeth, N.J.) senior Paris Bennett is better known as Dexter Strickland's sidekick on the No. 4 team on the ESPN RISE FAB 50. This fall, the power forward will be counted on to lead George Mason back to the NCAA Tournament, where in 2006 the Patriots surprised everyone by making the Final Four. Bennett lists the five things he's most looking forward to about going to George Mason.

1. School
"I'm looking forward to getting a better opportunity to brighten my knowledge."

2. Connections
"Meeting new people and network."

3. Basketball
"Further on my basketball career and try to make it to the next level, whether it be the NBA or overseas."

4. Learning
"I just want to get a good education."

5. The future
"Try and help people in the future. I see myself coaching or trying to do something to give back to the community."
