A quarter of the scheduled NFL regular season has passed, with lots of offense and more than a few injuries. This week, fantasy football managers also have to deal with the first set of scheduled bye weeks, with the Lions and Packers nursing their wounds. The rest of the league, we hope, will be in action. Keep up with the news all week to make sure the players you intend to activate are playing, for whatever reason. Enjoy the latest flex rankings and good luck!
1. Ezekiel Elliott, RB, Cowboys: Dak Prescott is breaking the records, but Elliott is in the top 10 for PPR scoring, too!
3. Dalvin Cook, RB, Vikings
4. Clyde Edwards-Helaire, RB, Chiefs: Nary a touchdown since Week 1, but with so many touches, nary a concern, either.
5. DeAndre Hopkins, WR, Cardinals: Rare to see him do so little with seven grabs -- only 41 yards -- but no reason for long-term concern.
6. Derrick Henry, RB, Titans: Well, he and his teammates should be rested. Just remember, no more bye weeks for them. Well, scratch that. Anyone could hit the bye at any point now. Keep an eye out for news.
7. Josh Jacobs, RB, Raiders
8. Chris Carson, RB, Seahawks: Healthy enough and the Vikings allow plenty of yards.
9. Tyreek Hill, WR, Chiefs
10. Kareem Hunt, RB, Browns: The new starter, but probably still sharing touches, so don't get too excited. A groin injury kept Hunt to only 11 touches in Week 4.
11. Michael Thomas, WR, Saints: Honestly, I am done guessing. If he plays, he ranks here for me. If he sits again for the fourth consecutive week when he said he might not miss any games at all, then sit him. The problem is, it's a Monday night game.
12. Stefon Diggs, WR, Bills
13. Adam Thielen, WR, Vikings: Yep, Diggs slightly ahead of Thielen. Blame/congratulate Josh Allen. Who knew?
14. Keenan Allen, WR, Chargers: Justin Herbert sure looks his way a lot. That is good.
15. Mike Davis, RB, Panthers: He is not Christian McCaffrey, but until McCaffrey returns, you have to play Davis.
16. Miles Sanders, RB, Eagles: Quiet second half in Week 4, but he's about all the Eagles have.
17. Tyler Lockett, WR, Seahawks
18. DK Metcalf, WR, Seahawks: Slight edge to his teammate for the extra targets, but with Russell Wilson playing so great they both can thrive.
19. James Conner, RB, Steelers
20. Joe Mixon, RB, Bengals
21. James Robinson, RB, Jaguars: Just set him at RB2 each week and forget it. No, seriously.
22. George Kittle, TE, 49ers: Philadelphia had no answers for him. When Kittle is healthy, few defenses do. He should have his way versus Miami.
23. Allen Robinson II, WR, Bears
24. Amari Cooper, WR, Cowboys
25. Calvin Ridley, WR, Falcons: Yep, nary a reception. Zero catches on five targets. Call it aberrant and move on, though Carolina can defend.
26. Travis Kelce, TE, Chiefs
27. Mike Evans, WR, Buccaneers: What a weird season. Two games with 100-plus yards. Two others with 2 yards. Five touchdowns total. Weird.
28. Jonathan Taylor, RB, Colts: Volume is there, but we could use more than a target per week.
29. Todd Gurley II, RB, Falcons
30. JuJu Smith-Schuster, WR, Steelers
31. Julio Jones, WR, Falcons: Left the Monday game prematurely and, frankly, it would be a surprise if he suits up in Week 5.
32. DJ Chark Jr., WR, Jaguars: Underrated and a worthy WR2, and that is every week.
33. Tyler Boyd, WR, Bengals
34. David Johnson, RB, Texans: Perhaps a coaching change will help him figure out where his burst went. Perhaps he is simply overrated.
35. Joshua Kelley, RB, Chargers
36. Melvin Gordon III, RB, Broncos
37. Robby Anderson, WR, Panthers: The No. 9 WR in PPR scoring. That is hard to believe!
38. Cooper Kupp, WR, Rams
39. Robert Woods, WR, Rams: None of the Jared Goff receivers are consistent, with Woods producing every other week.
40. DJ Moore, WR, Panthers: Still no touchdowns, but the way the Falcons defend, he could get a few this week. Seriously, keep him active.
41. Odell Beckham Jr., WR, Browns: One awesome game, but also the feeling deep down that he has three decent fantasy games all season, and the rest are not decent.
42. Raheem Mostert, RB, 49ers
43. Antonio Gibson, RB, Washington: Begging for more touches and could become a safe RB2 when he gets them.
44. Kenyan Drake, RB, Cardinals: Not impressed, eh? Well, this is why some of us ignored him in drafts. Trending to finish with fewer than 1,000 rushing yards for the sixth consecutive season.
45. Will Fuller V, WR, Texans: Nothing has changed. We know he can dominate when healthy. Are you sure he avoids injury this Sunday? Next Sunday?
46. Terry McLaurin, WR, Washington
47. DeVante Parker, WR, Dolphins
48. Ronald Jones II, RB, Buccaneers
49. David Montgomery, RB, Bears: He did see twice as many targets as any other game with Tarik Cohen gone, so perhaps he builds on this.
50. Le'Veon Bell, RB, Jets: Welcome back! Your real team really, really needs you. Be cautious in fantasy, but he should get volume.
51. Darren Waller, TE, Raiders
52. Mark Andrews, TE, Ravens
53. Marquise Brown, WR, Ravens
54. Diontae Johnson, WR, Steelers
55. Darius Slayton, WR, Giants: Have you seen Dallas try to defend? Big game coming.
56. CeeDee Lamb, WR, Cowboys: Of course, the Giants will be thrown on, too. The key is for Daniel Jones to have a big first half, ensuring Prescott has to keep up.
57. Deebo Samuel, WR, 49ers
58. Myles Gaskin, RB, Dolphins: Still seeing touches. Jordan Howard, incidentally, has 11 scrimmage yards on 19 touches. I cannot stop paying attention to this!
59. Jerick McKinnon, RB, 49ers
60. Devin Singletary, RB, Bills
61. A.J. Brown, WR, Titans: Last played in Week 1, but supposedly he has a chance to do so this week. Might be available in your league, which is a mistake.
62. Justin Jefferson, WR, Vikings: It certainly has not been tough to throw the football versus the Seahawks.
63. Julian Edelman, WR, Patriots
64. Nyheim Hines, RB, Colts
65. Justin Jackson, RB, Chargers: Austin Ekeler injury should give him reasonable touches, but he and Kelley have to be better than in Week 4.
66. Mark Ingram II, RB, Ravens: There is no rule you must activate a Ravens running back if none deserve it. For now, none do.
67. Jamison Crowder, WR, Jets
68. Hunter Renfrow, WR, Raiders: A cool 17 targets the past two games.
69. Darrell Henderson Jr., RB, Rams
70. James White, RB, Patriots: Football aside, nice to see him back from family tragedy. He also caught seven footballs on Monday. He is valuable.
71. Damien Harris, RB, Patriots: Second-year Alabama runner could be valuable as well. It's one game, but the Sony Michel era might have ended.
72. Malcolm Brown, RB, Rams
73. John Brown, WR, Bills
74. Jerry Jeudy, WR, Broncos
75. Chase Edmonds, RB, Cardinals: Drake keeps doing little and Edmonds has a chance for bigger volume. After all, they are tied in fantasy points so far.
76. Latavius Murray, RB, Saints: Not a good idea to chase Week 4 touchdowns.
77. Russell Gage, WR, Falcons
78. T.Y. Hilton, WR, Colts: He might have been better off last season with Jacoby Brissett throwing the football. That says something.
79. Scotty Miller, WR, Buccaneers: Strong insurance if Chris Godwin keeps missing games, which is likely this week.
80. Sammy Watkins, WR, Chiefs
81. Michael Gallup, WR, Cowboys: Might not be his fault, but only one good fantasy game out of four.
82. Devonta Freeman, RB, Giants: Dallas cannot wait to allow the yards, but really, you want to activate a Giants running back?
83. Zack Moss, RB, Bills
84. Alexander Mattison, RB, Vikings
85. D'Ernest Johnson, RB, Browns: South Florida product is not Nick Chubb, but he did a nice impression in Week 4.
86. Leonard Fournette, RB, Buccaneers: Might miss Thursday game, but even if he plays, no guarantee of meaningful touches.
87. Jonnu Smith, TE, Titans
88. Hunter Henry, TE, Chargers
89. Zach Ertz, TE, Eagles: Nine yards on four receptions is really tough to do, but why would a defense leave him in single coverage?
90. Mike Gesicki, TE, Dolphins
91. Laviska Shenault Jr., WR, Jaguars
92. KJ Hamler, WR, Broncos
93. Tee Higgins, WR, Bengals
94. Mike Williams, WR, Chargers: Hamstring injury cost him Week 4, but he wasn't doing much anyway.
95. Jarvis Landry, WR, Browns: More touchdown passes than receiving ones, though it cannot last for long. Well, it can ...
96. Rex Burkhead, RB, Patriots
97. Phillip Lindsay, RB, Broncos: Should return from toe injury and one decent game gets him back on fantasy rosters again.
98. J.K. Dobbins, RB, Ravens: One would think the Ravens would give him more touches at some point, but perhaps not this week.
99. Christian Kirk, WR, Cardinals
100. Brandon Aiyuk, WR, 49ers: It is clear he can be a star this season.
Others: A.J. Green, WR, Bengals; Golden Tate, WR, Giants; Duke Johnson, RB, Texans; Wayne Gallman, RB, Giants; Curtis Samuel, WR, Panthers; N'Keal Harry, WR, Patriots; Cole Beasley, WR, Bills; Chris Thompson, RB, Jaguars; J.D. McKissic, RB, Washington; Brian Hill, RB, Falcons
