Meet me in the middle: H2k's Ryu vs. Samsung Galaxy's Crown in Worlds semis

Lee "Crown" Min-ho has been an essential piece to Samsung Galaxy's success in the LCK 2017 Summer Split. Provided by Riot Games

Three years ago, Ryu "Ryu" Sang-wook was considered one of the best mid laners in the world on South Korea's KT Bullets. After a disastrous string of losses to SK Telecom T1's Lee "Faker" Sang-hyeok and failing to make the 2013 World Championships, his career went on a downward spiral. Now, back once again playing like one of the best mid laners there is, Ryu has a chance to rewrite his career's history by making the Summoner's Cup Final on Europe's H2k Gaming.

Ryu's opponent, Lee "Crown" Min-ho, is one of the fastest-rising stars in South Korea, and his Viktor play this tournament has almost made the champion a must-ban in any situation imaginable. While Ryu is trying to rewrite the sins of the past, Crown is attempting to make a name for himself by slaying the veteran Korean to make his first major final in his career.
