According to the registration database for the upcoming Dota 2 Major, Syed Sumail "SumaiL" Hassan has left Evil Geniuses. This marks the departure of another member of the North American team.

Part of the squad that took home the Aegis just last year at The International 5, SumaiL is considered a young prodigy in the mid lane. At only 17 years old, he has competed in two Internationals, placing top three in both.

"Evil Geniuses will be releasing a statement about the Dota roster in the coming weeks," the org told ESPN.

The availability of SumaiL, among many other talented players, could be huge for teams looking to fill a new spot in the mid lane. We'll know where the young talent is going closer to the roster-drop lock date of Sept. 4.
