WWE announced Monday that Brutus "The Barber" Beefcake will round out the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2019, as first reported by Sports Illustrated. Brutus Beefcake was one of the most memorable characters in the era of WWE that saw the creation of WrestleMania, a show that he appeared on. Most fans will recall Beefcake for his "Barber Shop" talk show segment, which most famously saw Shawn Michaels put Marty Jannetty through the window of the set. Beefcake was also one of Hulk Hogan's most often trusted associates, and they teamed up as the Mega-Maniacs in several memorable showdowns including a WrestleMania IX showdown with Money Inc. He's also a one-time WWE tag team champion with fellow Hall of Famer Greg "The Hammer" Valentine.
