9:15 pm Islamabad United's openers came out swinging in Rawalpindi! They smashed 76 runs in the first six overs. They kept hitting boundaries easily and reached 130 runs in just ten overs. Their opening partnership was brilliant, second highest in the history of Islamabad United, scoring 153 runs before Farhan got out after making 73 off 41 balls. After that, the run rate slowed down a bit. It looked like they would score over 260, but Karachi Kings' bowlers did a brilliant job in the middle overs. Alex Hales was on fire, hitting 88 runs off just 35 balls before getting bowled. Karachi Kings had a tough time bowling and fielding. They bowled too many wayward balls, and their fielders made misfields, missing catches and overthrows. All of their bowlers were pretty expensive. Mir Hamza, Aamer Jamal, and Khushdil Shah each took one wicket. We will be back for the run chase after a short break. Don't go anywhere folks!
