5:08 pm The Gladiators got off to a blazing start, with Finn Allen hitting two boundaries in the first over of the innings. Both openers appeared to be in terrific rhythm. It was an unexpected choice by the Zalmi captain to win the toss and bowl first on a flat pitch. Finn Allen unleashed his tremendous strokeplay, reaching his fifty in just 23 balls. He went after Muqeem and hammered three sixes in a row, followed by a boundary, before being caught at long on. The opening partnership of 88 runs laid the groundwork for the innings, followed by Hasan Nawaz's well-stuck knock. TKC fumbled Nawaz's catch in the 15th over. Saud Shakeel hit an impressive fifty, scoring 59 runs off 42 balls. Rilee Roussouw and Kusal Mendis ensured that the runs kept going in the death overs, scoring 58 runs off 23 balls to push the Gladiators above 200. Ali Raza has been outstanding with the ball in hand, with much of variety in pace, line and length, taking a wicket and giving just 31 runs in four overs in this run fest match. Muqeem too made a nice come back after being pounded for 23 runs in his first over. After a brief break, we'll return to the run chase.
Sameer Okaz: "I can't forget how brilliantly Ian Bishop praised this guy Ali in U-19 World Cup and he is proving those words right."
nabeel: "I also heard a news that Ihsanullah has joined PZ. Is it true?" Yes.
Peshawar Zalmi need 217 runs to win the match
Joseph to bowl the last over
nabeel: "@ Rafey I am happy that they are not jinxing the players so change the perspective and you may see better but overall the commentary has been poor. That is one reason I follow cricinfo."

Abdul Ahad Mams: "@Abdul Rafay: Amir sohail actually said that Ali was very expensive in his initial overs. Lol talk about covering the game live on tv. "
Iftikhar: "Not going well for any of the Bangladeshi players in the PSL so far. Rishad didn't play yesterday, Nahid today aswell, and Litton Das has been injured and ruled out from the PSL :("
Abdul Rafey : "Really disappointed with the TV commentary in both matches, especially Ramiz Raja and Aamir Sohail. No analysis on the pitch during first innings in yesterday's match. Just kept mentioning it a road while it was other way around and no mention of just how good Ali Raza has been in today's match up till this point. Really poor."
