Islamabad United managed to keep a lid on the score and a concerted bowling effort prevented a 200 plus score on the board despite Zalmi's blazing start to the innings. Babar Azam couldn't push on after his fifty and fireworks were expected from Haris, TKC and Neesham in the death overs but Faheem Ashraf, Fazalkhaq Farooqi and Mohammad Wasim used variations to great effect and put in a stranglehold with wickets at regular intervals that effectively stymied the run-flow. We will see you on the other side with the reply

W
Faheem Ashraf to Kohler-Cadmore, 1 run, OUT, Meets the high-full toss with a whip through the leg side, didn't come off the meaty part of the bat and the second was never on but they had to run, can't make it as Azam lights up the zingers in a jiffy and Cadmore is well out of the picture

T Kohler-Cadmore run out 16 (37m 22b 1x4 0x6) SR: 72.72

Mohammad Wasim to Azmatullah Omarzai, 4 leg byes, That's a well-directed bumper but it lifts off insanely off the deck and it goes sailing over Azam Khan's head, four byes, they will happy to get these runs no matter how they come
18.4
4
Mohammad Wasim to Azmatullah Omarzai, FOUR, Drills it downtown to break the shackles, that went like a tracer buller, Zalmi need a flurry of boundaries to finish it on a high.
18.3

That's a horrible mix-up in the middle as Cadmore whips this away behind square on the leg side, got the first run but then there was yes and no in the middle, nobody clearly calling for the second run. Jamal is absolutely livid with himself
