Islamabad United managed to keep a lid on the score and a concerted bowling effort prevented a 200 plus score on the board despite Zalmi's blazing start to the innings. Babar Azam couldn't push on after his fifty and fireworks were expected from Haris, TKC and Neesham in the death overs but Faheem Ashraf, Fazalkhaq Farooqi and Mohammad Wasim used variations to great effect and put in a stranglehold with wickets at regular intervals that effectively stymied the run-flow. Yasir : "Where are those who were criticising Babar for playing slow even he was going with the strike rate of almost 200."
SBk: "They should get at least 200, 210 on the board, which is possible with TKC on the crease - but United are tightening the screws here .
