Lahore scraped their way to 175 which is an average score on this pitch. Fakhar Zaman and Mirza Baig got off to a flier but once they were dismissed, lower-middle order batters found it tough to completely dominate the proceedings. There was a bit of recovery towards the last few overs as they got 45 off the final four. Sikander Raza's provided the much-needed impetus to the innings and Hussain Talat got a quickfire 20. The spin duo of Usama Mir and Akeal Hosein didn't let Lahore get off the hook and enjoyed bowling on this surface. There is plenty of seam movement on offer and assistance for spinners as well, should be an interesting contest.

Umar: "The total for Lahore feels a tad under par. Needed to rack up 200 with the momentum they had post-powerplay but the wheels came off. If the pitch plays true this could a stroll for Multan"

Faizan Khan: "Ihsanullah looks mighty talented and is bowling consistently over 145 kph. Another produce of the PSL factory of fast bowlers. "

Zain: "Talat has always been a top order batsman. Look at his stellar performance in the National T20 when he plays up the order, bringing him here at this stage is wasting a solid and steady player who can rack up the runs once he's set. "

Dude: "That Dahani run-out chance is gonna be a YouTube topper for a long time now!! " I know right, brain freeze moment

Christof: "What was the goal of that review? Hoping it'd be a no ball? Reversing the wicket wouldn't have earned them more runs, would it? Although I guess it would've helped Wiese's batting average!" Like we didn't have to wait enough for this game to get underway and then we wait for this pointless review

Shahnawaz Dahani to Wiese, OUT, Traps him lbw! That's plumbest of lbws but Wiese has taken the review, pitched up on middle and off, misses the flick, there's a flat line on ultra-edge and Multan Sultans players have already left the field while the umpire is still dissecting the lbw from different angles, it pitched outside off, wickets hitting, and the on-field decision stands.

MAB: "Multan Sultan may need a 6th bowler in upcoming matches to fill the gap if someone is getting thrashed on a particular day."

Shahnawaz Dahani to Sikandar Raza, 1 run, Hits the hard length and gets the ball to kick off the surface, he leaned out and stabbed it over backward point, came off the splice of the bat, didn't get the desired result

Shahnawaz Dahani to Wiese, 1 run, Slower one just inside tramline, he drags it across the line towards long-on for a run. Do you think they have got enough runs on the board?

Abdul Muhaimin: "Multan imo has the most balanced team but still has a pace attack that is a little inexperienced.
