A quick end to what was a one-sided game bossed by India and Jemimah Rodrigues. That will be it from us today. Thanks for tuning. Plenty of cricket happening elsewhere. India A are taking on Pakistan A. The Ashes fourth Test is on. Till then, it's a goodbye from me Ashish on behalf of Srinidhi and Sudeep. Ciao!
Harmanpreet Kaur: We wanted to bat only, and it was a great opportunity to bat first and put up a decent total. One of me and Jemi [Jemimah] wanted to play till the end. We wanted to put a good stand. Our focus was on rotating the strike. We have been batting on flat tracks and we were not able to adjust quickly [in the first game]. After the first game, we understood how we had to bat and the areas. It will be a good game after two days and we want to finish with a win.
Jemimah Rodrigues is the Player of the Match: I was under pressure, because we knew how crucial this game was. Smriti, Yasti gave us a good start. Harman and i played well. Harleen played well and then the bowlers were brilliant. I just wanted to pitch in the right area. Glad that the captain believed in me.
Nahida Akhter to have a word as Nigar Sultana is not well: Fielding has not been well, the bowling side has not been able to restrict India. The middle-order has been a concern. We will try and work on our mistakes and look to work the third game and play better cricket.
Presentation time
Sampath is never far away from a nifty stat: Jemimah Rodrigues - first Indian woman to score a fifty and take four-wicket haul in the same ODI
4.19pm Phew! That ended rather swiftly. At 106 for 3, with Ritu Moni and Fargana Hoque going well, Bangladesh seemed to be crawling back. Then came on the star of the evening, Jemimah Rodrigues and turned the game on its head. She picked up 4 for 3 in 3.1 overs, while Devilka Vaidya picked three wickets of her own as Bangladesh collapsed in a heap. Their last seven wickets fell for 14 runs in 38 balls as India levelled the three-match series 1-1. Bangladesh were never really in the chase when they lost both openers cheaply. Fargana Hoque and Ritu Moni added 68 for the fourth wicket but once they fell, it all went downhill for the hosts.
Mag: "Jeminah Rodriguez !!!86 Runs and 4 Wickets !!!This is how you make yourself indispensable!!!"
SUJAL: "Jemimah's bowling average is scarcely 1.80."
Jagpreet: "19th July - Jemi Day !"
Nilesh: "What happenned here? Went downstairs to pickup stuff at 3 down by the time came in they have lost 8."
