12.50pm: Fargana Hoque's 107 has taken Bangladesh to a competitive 225 for 4 after their captain Nigar Sultana won the toss and opted to bat first on a sunny day in Mirpur. Fargana and Shamima started slowly, but the duo stitched a steady 93-run opening stand which laid the platform for a 200-plus score. While Shamima fell for a 78-ball 52, Fargana put on a crucial 72-run partnership with Nigar at a brisk pace. Though Indian spinners got ample turn on this surface which was used in the first ODI, Bangladesh have done well to not throw the wickets away. En route her maiden ODI hundred, Fargana became the first centurion for Bangladesh in women's ODIs. This is also their second-highest ODI total. Sudarshanan tells me that Bangladesh have never lost an ODI when they have 200-plus on board, batting first. Will India chase this down and clinch the series or can Bangladesh trouble the visitors with their spinners? We'll find out.
Join Suds after the break for first ten overs of the chase.
