3.05pm Only 30 runs came off the last five overs, while 46 came in the five overs before that. India have managed to pull things back a touch but Pakistan will be pleased with this batting effort. Deepti Sharma and Pooja Vastrakar struck early reducing Pakistan to 33/3 inside the powerplay. But Nida Dar and Bismah Maroof were excellent in their 76-run stand. Dar, in particular, was belligerent in her stroke-play ending up with 56 off 37 balls. India did pick up wickets in the last few overs but a target of 138 will pose some challenge. Can they get there? Join Sudarshanan after the break to find out.
Nida Dar: It was a good batting wicket, we had to put up a good total, and we can defend it. As a senior, I had to score, and this is my role to take on the responsibility. I am very happy. It was a bit slow but when I went inside, Maroof said we need to make a partnership and put up a good total.
Shilpa : "Was Shefali the keeper? Despite following Indian team, didn't know she could keep though.." Yep, Richa Ghosh had to go out with the heat getting the better of her. shirishkumar ba: "Pakistan has shown really good fight! It wont be easy for India to chase down 140 score in such high pressure game."
Venkat: "Good come back India. At one time it looked certain 150. Any how they saved 10- 15 runs. "

Arunabh: "Is it just me or others also feel that whenever they open cricinfo comments, a wicket falls? I had caused the 3rd and 4th wicket fall of Pakistan. Went to work and just opened cricinfo, saw 107/3, thought the Pak girls have done a good recovery. So I open the commentary and bam! Wicket gone!"
