Pollard and Pooran staged a TKR recovery from 41 for 4 but their total of 166 wasn't enough against de Kock, Powell and Rutherford

Chris Green, Player of the Match: I think we set a lot of pre-game goals and finishing on a really high is great. We've had fantastic support throughout the tournament. We had some really tough losses but we made it hard in the field, rewarded the fans, and rewarded the effort from the staff. I came in late to this tournament, probably trying too hard to make an impact (earlier=. But certainly in the last three or four games, I've just been enjoying myself. I just wanted to go out there, have fun and trust what I do best--it's been working for the last seven or eight years. TKR are a great team; some of the best T20 players are on their side. We showcased what we can do. It's a little bittersweet but it feels great to reward the fans. I've enjoyed the banter, the support...the whole vibe has been fantastic. I absolutely loved it and can't wait to be back
Barbados Royals win in clinical fashion and put up a concerted effort. They remain down the table but showed what they are capable of. TKR huffed and puffed their way to a modest total, thanks to Pooran and Pollard's resurrecting efforts, with Hosein finishing off with a blitz. Chris Green did everything right, bowled an exceptional spell, and deservedly received the Player of the Match award. Barbados Royals started their chase with a bang, hiccupped a little in the middle overs, but Rutherford and Powell ensured there were no twists any further and guided their team over the line with one over to spare. Do join us for the next game starting shortly! For now, from Rvel Zahid, it's goodbye!
